Karasu looked as Pein spoke for the first time in a while," I didn't think this would need more then me and Zetsu-san," Karasu took a drag off of his cigarette.

"Yes Pein-san," Zetsu bowed his head as he spoke and remained within the doorway. "Though if someone does want to show up to liven things up feel free," added his black side. The more the merrier after all.

"Zetsu-san I will meet you in the middle of Kirigakure I will be hard to miss, you know me I always liven up the party." Karasu smiled as he left, headed for his quarters to get an outfit befitting the resistance.

Zetsu nodded in agreement as a smiled snuck up on his face. He couldn't help being happy with the situation. The plant man headed to the kitchens to grab himself some food before he set out for Kiri. As he snarfed down the simple meal he thought about what techniques he would use.

Mandra appeared in the the room right in his seat without even rustling a spec of dirt out of place as if he had been in his spot throughout the whole meeting. His elbows on the table, his chin resting on his hands, he spoke "Looks like I've missed the discussion. Oh well. I spotted no trace of the Houkou while I searched Kiri, though you already know that Pein. I did try to find the Mizukage to attempt to get any info she had on it out of her but while I was there, there was no sign of her. Maybe after Karasu and Zetsu-han's little display I can see if I can find her then and get some information then. Though I'm not sure how her reaction is going to be about their little quarrel in the middle of the village and then me entering right after. Maybe we should make a bigger scene, throw in a bijuu, cause some mayhem and destruction, make, as Karasu-han suggested, the resistance seem the enemy, then we offer our assistance for rebuilding and in return we ask for their loyalty. Then we can take them over. Problem of Kiri solved. That is as long as everything goes well." After his suggestion, Mandra sat up and tilted his head back, deep in thought trying to play out his suggestion thinking on which route to take to make it successful. Sai simply pushed open the door to the meeting room and walked silently to his seat. Hmm...I missed it. Oh well. He thought as he dug through Pein, Konan, Mandra, and Sano-san's thoughts for the gist of meeting. He sat down in his seat and looked toward Mandra. "I see the sense in your suggestion Mandra. But there could be one fatal flaw that could destroy the whole set-up. In using a bijuu or a jinchuuriki; the resistance may come in for help, or simply just to get the bijuu, and that could ruin your plan. But if we keep a higher-up or two, such as you, Konan or Pein-san in the shadows, it could be a controlled experiment. And things might just go a lot smoother...and safer." Sai spoke as he leaned his arm on the table. "What do either of you think?" He asked turning to Konan and Pein.

"Well we have had a little snake keeping us informed of the mizukage's movements of late." Konan answered staring at the rain washed windows knowing she would have to wait until pain stopped the weather to be combat effective again. "As for your sugesstions Mandra-sama, sai-kun, i think that yes that would be safest though it would have to be pain, since i can do very little in controling bijuu where pain might do better than myself."

"I agree. I will go and control the bijuu, but which bijuu should be sent..", He said and then stopped the rain around them temporarliy in case Konan wanted to use her jutsus.
(Which bijuu do the akatsuki have?)

"The bijuu we currently posses are the Isonde, Sokou, Raijuu Shichiibi, and Yamata no Orochi. I would have to say that we should use either; Raijuu, for lightning damage, very effectual against a water village; or the Shichiibi if we use it in the way Deidara used his clay explosives for massive building damage and death toll. What do you all think?" he spoke in response to Pein's question. "Hmm. . . those would be the best picks out of the bijuu we do own. If only we had the Houkou. I would have to vote for using the Shichiibi. Whats you vote, Konan, Pein?" Mandra said, just eager to get this over with, and hopefully get the edge against the resistance.

"The Shichiibi would be very effective in taking over and getting information, I agree. What is your opinion Konan?", Pein asked her, he wanted to make sure that the plan was flawless before taking action.

Konan considered the question before seeing a small bird that she recognized as a special paper she had given to the informat. The bird flew into konans hand and unfolded seconds later into a small letter. "Let's see what this is about..." Konan said calmly ignoring the current conversation, "Well this is interesting." Konan muttered, "I would say we based on elemental strength we use shichibi, but we don't want a pile of ruins do we or just an abandoned island certainly the resources would be destroyed as well." Konan said offhandedly reading the spy's note, with a strange grin on her face, "I believe we have located that elusive bijuu." She said with a grin.

"It is the five tails apparantly its been found, rumor about a young extrodinarily talented young girl with black hair black eyes, blue skirt with an uchiha clan marking." Konan said simply still reading her note before passing it to pain.

"You've found it?"Mandra quickly asked, his eye flashing to Konan. "Where is it? I will gladly go and pick it up, and Sai-san can help me as well." He added, his eye looming between the other three still in the room. "Hmm. . . its been found? Finally. I'll gladly help Madara-han. Where do we need to go?" Sai said, joining in. "Yes but first you should go and let Zetsu and Karasu-kun know of our next move." Mandra said to Sai.
