((Wait a sec... i thought that when Windclan went through their territory, they didn't have to cross the river or go through another territory... were they supposed to? anyways...))
Smallstar could see the anger slowly rising in Lightface. "Be at ease Lightface. Riverclan only wishes to have their apprentice back not attack our clan." He mewed gently. His whiskers twitching. He turned his stare on Sandpaw and got to his feet approaching him. "Sandpaw you are safe. You are in Windclan territory in the care of our Medicine cat Lightface, do not be alarmed. Get some rest if you can and I will speak to you in the morning." He turned to look at the other to cats. "Get some rest now, it has been a long day... and it seems as though tomorow will be another." He sighed and twitched his nose as he exited the medicine cat's den, hearing all he needed to. He would deal with Torrenstar tomorow peacefully his intentions surely were not hostile.

Lightface sighed. "I still do not wish for Sandpaw to die." She curled up besides Sandpaw, tired yet furious.
Sandpaw sighed, afraid, but fell asleep. Too tired to argue with Torrenstar, yet he did want to go back to RiverClan.

((OH how we've missed you SO Kei! heart crying heart ...ok so basically Dragoneyes and Lightpaw went into Riverclan territory and spoke to Torrentstar the leader...they resolved to talk about the issue of Sandpaw at the gathering later that day... we went to the gathering... Smallstar was too injured to go... so nothing too much happened there Torrentstar's getting just a bit impatient and now he is coming to get Sandpaw just after sunhigh... Right now everyone is going to bed...it's still the night of the gathering...
Lilypotter and i were roleplaying your characters for a while in your absence but nothing happened ... you can read back the last few posts to where we were all just about balling our eyes out about your disappearance and then we decided to roleplay Smallstar and Sandpaw until you returned so that the whole guild wasn't on hold xD don't worry about it though... Smallstar is in his den sleeping and Sandpaw is in Lightface's den recovering....and that brings us to your post mrgreen ))

Smallstar was awake, but he kept his eyes closed, thinking. They told him what happened at the gathering, and he supposed he should greet Torrentstar when he came to get Sandpaw. He had, after he was well enough, eventually told WindClan why he had entered their territory.
It was still pretty early, but the sun was clearly visible above the frosty WindClan landscape. Smallstar hauled himself up, shifting the majority of his weight to his good leg. It would be irritating having to stay in camp until a few days before the next gathering, but he would have to deal with it. Dragoneyes was more than capable at running things.
Thoughts continued to rattle through Smallstar's brain as he limped out into the clearing and sat close to the rock that sheltered his den. It would be hard, even dangerous to get Sandpaw from WindClan to RiverClan, and he doubted that Lightface would let Torrentstar take him if it would put his life at risk.

Lightface stretched, and nosed Sandpaw. Fine. "Mrrr..." She yawned, and curled up in a ball to go back to sleep. Her eyes snapped open. Torrenstar was coming today.

Hazelpaw woke suddenly and accidentally kicked Lightpaw. "Sorry!" she whispered. "But I just remembered that Sandpaw is leaving today. Torrenstar's coming to get him." she sat up and began to clean herself.
Brackenfur rose silently out of the warriors den and padded into the clearing. He got himself a rabbit from the fresh-kill pile and ate in alone, basking in the morning sunlight. It suddenly came to his attention that the RiverClan leader was coming to get his little friend today.
How much more mouse-brained could they be? He thought. Don't they think that we would've given them they're fuzzy pain in the neck if he was ready? That leader of theirs is wasting their time coming here. The kid isn't ready to walk, even I can see that. And I'm not even a medicine cat...

Smallstar saw Brackenfur, one of the newest warriors, emerge from the warriors den and begin eating. He walked over to him and began to speak. "Brackenfur, go get Dragoneyes and tell her to lead the dawn patrol. You can go with her. Also tell her that if you meet Torrentstar, escort him and whoever he brings with him back to camp." He nodded at the warriors den and walked away.

Brackenfur bowed his head in respect to his leader. "Yes Smallstar." he mewed and padded back towards the warriors den. He saw Dragoneyes sleeping and he leaned over her. "Dragoneyes, up you go." he mewed, prodding her side gently. He smiled. "Smallstar wants us to go on a Dawn Patrol. I'll be waiting." he slowly turned around and sat by the entrance waiting for his clanmate.

((I feel the need to defend Torrentstar... since you know... I roleplay him sweatdrop but it's ok i'll keep my mouth shut xD lol))
A sharp foot stabbed her and Lightpaw jolted out of her sleep whipping her head around alarmed. She noticed it was Hazelpaw and relaxed. She licked the spot where she was kicked. That was right, Torrentstar was coming to get Sandpaw today, she wondered if he would be ready. Lightpaw got to her feet and walked out into the crisp wind and blinked at the sun. She looked towards the fresh-kill pile and noticed it was getting low. She knew she would be asked to go hunting soon but she wanted to go see Sandpaw first. She looked back at Hazelpaw and jerked her head in the direction of the Medicine cat's den. She padded towards it wondering whether Lightface was awake yet. She sat outside the den listening, if Lightface was sleeping she didn't want to disturb her, she had seemed pretty stressed out last night. She perked her ears up, it sounded like someone was bustling around inside. She wondered if it was Sandpaw. She got up and stepped inside silently.
((hey btw does Lightpaw have a mentor? I forgot....))

Hazelpaw jumped up and followed her friend inside the medicine cats den. "I don't think he's ready to leave." she whispered into Lightpaw's ear.
