I'm not usually the best person to go to for critiques--of any kind--but I'll try?
STUFF I LIKE
@Yuki--your drawing style is really clean and clear cut, which lends a kind of natural accent to the characters; definitely a good thing. I also admire your ability to draw the characters recognizably and consistently. That is a wonderful wonderful attribute. biggrin
@Julie--I love the color choices you give things as well as your ability to color in the shades and shadows of clothing and drapery. The coloring fire ice, and shadows (including the shadow-threads in Ivarine's single shot) are really well done and I can feel the texture on the material. biggrin
STUFF TO TRY
Thus far I really like the simple backgrounds/ designs, but I really think you could make it more epic if there was more color behind them. Maybe even just a solid color or a gradient (I think GIMP has that...not sure). Just a consideration. If you don't like it with the back-colors though, it's fine. smile
Running off of that, I like that there's a poem or couplet that accompanies each picture. If you'd like, you could add some embellishment to the letters and words as well. I think Cadence and Ivarine's single-shots would look more complete if the text was enhanced and colored as the characters were.
I noticed that although the faces look different and are at different angles and positions, almost all five have very similar expressions. I'm unsure if this was for the sake of staying in character, but go ahead and try some more dynamic expressions and work with the eyes a little. Eyes are the windows to the soul and can really show a emotion. That being said though, I love the way you draw faces now, especially lips.
In conjunction with the previous one, maybe you could also try more dynamic body positions as well; again, only if you feel comfortable with it. And honestly Cadence holding a bow is decidedly very complex so...I don't know why this paragraph exists.
Other than that....I'm not exactly the best artist, and I've already been really hypocritical in this as is so...yea... biggrin Hope it helped!

Zaire's first picture is coming out smile . She looks much older than she is supposed to be though sweatdrop . Wasn't really thinking about her age when I drew her.

I recently lost all my writing and art since November, so I'm feeling pretty unmotivated to write outside of roleplays/ the collab. Don't worry about it though! We'll get past this smile

Your_Last_Wish_For_Death Wow I haven't been on in over a year I'd say. This guild is dead I'm sure. I'd say let's revive it, but I'm going off to college soon. Sorry everyone. crying sweatdrop Haha Coincidence that I would see this so soon? I think not! XD The guild is indeed dead. We are merely spectres wandering the graveyard, haunting it and wistfully hoping that it would return to its former glory. Haha, I'm going to be in my third year of college. Good luck!
