Soturi shifted her legs to recreate the circulation in them and thought about the goblins offer. She was silent many long moments as she made a tough decision, finally after another minute she nodded, "I would prefer to send an actual messenger, however," Here she paused a moment, "You are right, these messages need to be sent out and received immediately. I have but one question," She was perhaps a bit confused though she did not show it as she spoke, "You will be sending these messages to your mother? I should think it should be sent straight to the kingdoms themselves." Before anything else could be said she caught movement out the corner of her eye of a figure, or so she assumed, coming towards them. Soturi turned so that she could see who it was but she could not tell for sure who the figure was..
((Um..well...yes I'm confused to so I hope the above is correct. For all I know I had completely misunderstood the last sentence razz ))

(you got it right X3) The figure kept walking when the female looked right at him, but kept his gaze low. He found it disrespectful to look a stranger in the eye unless they were in a conversation. When he came within arms reach he slowly rose his gaze, his green eyes glowing from under its hood, "I'm looking for someone, have you seen anyone by the name of Firion?" he asked politely, his gaze shifting between the female and the small... beast. In his mind he knew was taking a risk of asking these two about the dragon, but if anyone was a hired hunter, he was ready to protect himself. (sorry it short, I lost my idea once i began typing >.<)

"Hm? oh no, when i said her, i meant this little thing." he said holding up the fairy. "But it would go to my father Lord Ravenwood he is a high ranking member of the elven council in Arema'thelia,he'll be able to take the message to Lord Nimir the Elven king." Zanth explained before he turned to look at he newcomer, frowning a little as he asked for Firion. "I know of him..." Zanth said slowly not sure who this was. "May i ask who is inquiring?" sure he had already betrayed the champions to the Dark King, but he still viewed then as friends and didn't want to give out information to people who could harm them. the irony of it all.
((hm, i don't know if that could count as irony or not...but w/e))

Hunter was about ready to say something to Zanth about the messengers when Soturi stepped in and said what he was thinking...among others that he would talk to the goblin about later.
"Given that it was also the king and not someone in this caravan that sent out the message it would be better anyways if one of his sons sent word out, right?" Hunter said to them, walking up but still keeping one ear listening to the tent that Sierra and Re'nah were in, "Less confusion and more belief I'd think." When the cloaked figure came up and asked about Firion, he turned and crossed his arms, asking "Who wants to know and why?"

Soturi looked at the figure, "I do not know this Firion, for I had just arrived to the city but moments ago." She motioned to the two with her, "They are better to answer your question." She bowed her head to the figure somehow thinking that she should, then turned back to Zanth when he explained that he meant the fairy and not his mother, "Ah that makes more sense, as does your suggestion Hunter."
As she thought about it for a moment she nodded to herself thinking that perhaps having one of the King's sons deliver the message to each kingdom should be best since they would be able to describe the condition of their city and how many troops they would have etc etc. "I think you are correct Hunter. It may be better for the Heirs of the King to send word since they would no more about the condition of their army and people then we would."

He was hesitant at first but he raised his hand and removed his hood, revealing the draconic beings head, it was silver, close to that of Firion's color but it had streaks of red scratched onto his face and had a piece of skin missing on both sides of his cheeks, revealing his dagger-like teeth. Zanth nodded to the both of them giving up if he pushed the subject they would start to question him. the ringing grew louder at his failure and he did his best not to wince or show any pain to the others, but sound muffled around him as his ears clogged with the red liquid of his blood.
He gritted his teeth and tried to pay attention to what was going on around him, the fairy dispersing as his concentration failed. 'what did he say?' he thought through the pain trying to concentrate on the dragon kin talking to the three of them when suddenly everything went black and the ringing stopped. to a bystander if they were paying attention to him they would have thought he had been lost in his own thoughts as his face showed a faraway look, his gold and blue-green eyes glazed over. In reality he had passed out standing up thin trails of blood running from his ears hidden by his already blood red mane of hair.

"Last I saw before I *ahem* left the end of the fight, Firion was still in the throne room," Hunter said, gesturing with his right hand back towards the castle, "I don't know where he went after that or if he even left, but that would be a good place to start looking for him if you really want to find him."
He turned and nodded to Soturi, "So now that we've figured things out what are you and your clan going to do?" He tried his best to maintain the formality, but his own warrior side came out too much and didn't like it sometimes and he gave a toothy smile at the success of his idea and looked over to Zanth ready to gloat, but stopped when his nose, while not as sensitive as some of the others in the group picked up the smell of blood around him, "Hey kid, you okay?" He asked, waving a hand in front of the goblin's face to try to get his attention.

Soturi looked from Hunter to the dragon-kin, "Upon my arrival I had flown over the castle, there was no one within the throne room that I could see, nor had I seen anyone leaving the castle so perhaps your friend is elsewhere within the castle or somewhere within the city." She looked to Hunter, "My clan are blade smiths and warriors, they will be making blades worthy of the Heirs then would be moving on to making weapons for this war should they be asked of it. Others of my clan will be fighting alongside the Heirs and their army should they move against the Dark King which I believe they should."
Her gaze eventually wandered to the Goblin and Hunter's movements as he waved his hand in front of Zanth's face receiving no reaction. She watched him a moment more than held out her hand and whispered silently a purple flame enveloped her hand which she then moved to the Goblins injury in his gut, glancing at Hunter she spoke, "Perhaps his wound pains him beyond comprehension, the flame is harmless and is how I am able to heal others. He had seemed fine earlier which is why I did not offer my services to him."

Vestakia walked out of her tent a few moments later, someone had run in to wake her explaining the situation. she stifled a yawn and slowly approached the small group, seeing Zanth there when he should have been resting. she frowned as she picked up the last bit of their conversation talking about Zanth like he wasn't standing there, she smelled his blood, though the sent was all over the tent he had been resting in.
"Whats going on?" she asked walking to Hunter's side and then saw Zanth's face, eyes glazed over and distant. "That's not from his wound." she said frowning. "Goblins shut down like that when something effects their mind to keep themselves mentally intact." she walked up to Zanth and carefully moved some of his hair away from his right ear growling a little when she saw the blood. "See?"

The draconic figure turned to the two and bowed, "Thank you for your assistance, I will check there immediatly." he said kindly before pulling his hood back up and walking past the two, but when a sudden feeling crept up his spine he turned back. He noticed the goblin had frozen in place with a... fox-like creature trying to draw its attention. The figure turned back and walked up behind Vestakia, he noticed the bleeding at the goblins ear and thought for a moment. This seemed like a form of curse or what he liked to call "bounding spells". He turned his gaze to Vestakia and placed a hand at his chin. "Thats a good examination. May I ask, do you know what may causing this?" he asked curiously, but then he thought about what he had just said, it made him sound like as if he had done this and mentally slapped himself for being so stupid. He prepared to defend himself incase they thought he had harmed the goblin. (sorry if it seems... out of order, I kind of lost my idea halfway through)

Hunter stopped trying to get Zanth's attention as both of the dragon-kin spoke to him each in turn...something else he wasn't used to...and nodded to the one that revealed himself and didn't look like much of a threat to them or Firion, which was part of his reasoning for giving out what information he knew since he really hadn't seen the silver dragon since the fight.
"Wouldn't surprise me since he did take the equivalent of a crappy made spear to the gut." Hunter said to Soturi with a slight shrug wincing as he realized that his own left arm still had the wounds from where Re'nah and the demon hounds had attacked him, but hid the reaction as best as he could when he saw Vestakia come up next to him and explain what was going on.
"So...can he hear us and just not respond or something?" Hunter asked her and then saw the trail of blood coming from Zanth's ear, " hmph, I thought I smelled fresh blood, I just wasn't sure where it was coming from. Now what, is he gonna snap out of it soon or are we gonna have to force him to ride a wolf or horse again and drop him off somewhere out of Jasper's view on or way back?"
When the dragon came back and asked about the goblin, Hunter again bit his tongue to keep from saying what was on his mind to another potential ally and swore under his breath. This diplomacy thing was harder than he thought and every muscle in his body twitched to be fighting something again even it was a practice dummy.

Vestakia stared at Zanth for a moment with narrowed eyes as she though of what had caused him to shut down, but she shook her head at the Dragon-kins suggestion. "No, it's not a bonding spell, but it is dark magic...Jasper must be attempting to pick us off one by one now...lucky Zanth is half goblin or he would have died a while ago." After she was sure that Zanth was alright other then the pain he had been in she lifted her right hand. "sorry about this." she said before slapping him across the face. Zanth looked like he had come around for a moment, his eyes refocusing and he blinked a few times before muttering a soft 'ow' and passing out, this time normally, and Vestakia had to catch him before he hit the ground. "Hunter could you take him back to the tent, he should be okay in a few hours, after we bury..." she cleared her throat and looked away from Hunter. "We can get moving, we can't wait for the armies to gather, they will just have to trek behind and fight Tal'rukk's army while we deal with jasper himself."

Soturi looked over at the wolf woman as she came up, then looked to Hunter, the dragon-kin and back again. She closed her hand into a fist extinguishing the purple flame she had created since everyone had forgotten she had even said anything at all. The entire time she studied the woman and decided she must be in charge here, then after several moments she cleared her throat to get the woman's attention, "Ahem." She waited a moment then introduced herself like she had done with Zanth.
"Greetings to you I am Soturi, blade smith and warrior from the Dragon Isle of Serpents Fang. The King's son's have brought word to us that war is nigh, and though the others have yet to arrive I happened to get here first." She looked at the woman first," She paused for a moment before continuing, "I have heard only bits of your tale," She motioned towards Hunter and Zanth, "But if there is any way of which I can aide you I am at your service."

The draconic figure chuckled at how Vestakia cured the goblin of his current state, "Thats one way you could do it." he said before turning his attention to Soturi. When she mentioned her name he quickly dropped down to one knee, "My apologies my queen, I didnt realize who you were." he said quickly, his gaze looking toward the ground. (GAH!!!! curse you writers block!)
