This is a list of what benders get at high levels
Firebenders: Lava Bending, Lightning
Waterbenders: Healing, Blood bending
Earth benders: Metal Bending, Sand Bending
Air benders:You dont get jack sorry

Waterbenders have swampbending too xD Seems that Water Nation has a higher variables of bending, especially since water is present in all life.

Well, plenty of the action is going on in Ba Sing Se, especially the Middle Ring. I'd suggest you kayak to the Earth Kingdom.

Shouldn't earth benders be able to bend trees? Or plants? I mean it all grows out of the earth -________________-

Eh. I don't think so. Trees and plants are also part water. We saw in the series that waterbenders can "suck" out the water out of the plant, crippling it dry. Swampbenders could also bend the water in seaweed to control it. Earthbenders is more with the "rock", the solid part of earth. Trees and plants are the "living". It takes its nutriments out of earth, alternatively make it richer when it decomposes. Katara and Toph got trapped in a wooden cage and couldn't bend it. They got out by water-slashing it.
