Alrighty. I know saranghae, cuz i've watched way too many SHINee vids with my friend...we're sorta obsessed. We know that 'Ne' is yes...right? anddd....thats all i know but she knows a little more. Anyway, i wana learn the basics because my two friends and i want to do the korean pop idol contest. [I'll explain that to anyone who wants to know...] Cuz the only korean we really know is what we sing in the songs and we have absolutely zero idea of what we're saying.

Okay if you can go here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=djB05a4ntQ4&feature=relatedIt will help with Hangul Learning Hangul is the best first step to learning the Korean language. So then you can read what their language is. It's more than one video and it's small steps very easy, and fun as well. It helps pronounce/read their alphabet, and gives you tips as to when you pronounce it. Like my favorite and has helped me so much. is when you pronounce the word hold the last syllable/ consonant don't let air out til after you are finished pronouncing the word, syllable or what ever. Hope this helps mrgreen

Athna Loveil Anyways, to those who are interested in actually learning how to write Korean, here they are: The Alphabet: How to write them is as how they come. You can combine a alphabet letter with a vowel to create the words and its sounds. Examples: 네가 노를 조화 - nae/ga no/loel jo/hwa - I like you 사랑해 - sa/rang/hae - I love you I think it's important for people who are learning Korean to learn Hangul and to not depend on the romanization of the words! <3
