So do the two verses make any form of contact? Can one go from the Narutoverse to the Bleachverse?
-And do I apply for clans/bloodlines or do I just make a profile?

There's three that lead to the Los Nouches and one that leads to the seireitei. However, if anyone enters of exits the Seireitei portal without permission from 2 Captains, they will be obliterated by my Captain. Even Captains need permission.

Shadow Blade623 malavaes Yo, I was checking out your profile since you're making an Akatsuki character and I noticed that your character can sense Reishi. That doesn't make sense seeing as Reishi is energy from another dimension man. xD Ninja can be trained to be sensory types, but the can only sense chakra.... Yeah, I know, but seeing as this is a cross over, and we seem to treat both as being about the same, I figured why not. Besides, I did something similar in my first profile and didn't get in trouble. Thank's for the catch though man, its a good concern. I have no problems with removing that bit if Im told to by the higher ups. Mal's right.

Lol, issue was been fully corrected last night, the reishi sensing is removed.
