Ayperos is always at his tower. Also, if you want you can make a thread in the Land of the Forgotten and use that as your Akatsuki Character's base.

Alright~ But since it's her first week of life, I wanna let her explore a little too instead of it being all training. So maybe they could like go to the candy shop because she's never had candy and he can let her figure out their world and train as well :3 Or is that too cheesy?

Chaos_wolf12 malavaes You can't have all the elements dude. xD Plus you stole Itachi's title.... This is a new character, He has the rinnegan, And The crow fits the picture. ......... Wanna fight him? You can't have the rinnegan without approval, you already have a Jinchuriki so I doubt you'll be allowed a legendary ninja and The Crow is Itachi's title so you'd still be copying it.

I was talking to ayperos this morning about a new character. then he thought i was bummed about my loss and how you won by defult in the fight. so long story short he allowed me to create a rinnegan weilding character. Also how would it be copying? Itachi could summon crow's but that wasn't his nickname.
