I turned 18 on Father's Day. Third time this has happened in my life, having Father's Day and my birthday coincide... @.@ Apparently I was supposed to be born on Father's Day but I was two days early for that, haha. blaugh

Thanks guys. My mother is supposed to be taking me shopping today, and I plan on getting a new game for my Wii. *looks in the direction of Mario Kart* If I can find that anyways. ninja
I'm also thinking of picking up or finishing an anime series that I've started over a year ago. I think I'm missing three dvds and it's a series by Geneon that I was waiting for it to go on sale for a buy one get one free or something like that.

Yes! You should get Mario Kart for the Wii! It's highly aggravating for 150cc races. 3nodding xd Nah, it's a fun game, I haven't been playing my Wii as much as I should though. crying Hell, haven't touched my consoles much either, for that matter... sweatdrop redface

Went out of bussiness so all their anime liensences are up for grabs for other companies. I'm still looking for Mario Kart Wii, but I got Zack and Wiki for really cheap and that game is awesomely fun.

I figured that Geneon died when I went looking for new stuff from them and couldn't find anything newer than like 06 or something rediculous. sweatdrop gonk xd
Aww, no Mario Kart?!?! gonk crying What a shame. sad ...though I never heard of that game, so maybe it's for the better... I know I kinda have this hankering to play Cubivore again for no apparent reason... and a whole bunch of my older games. sweatdrop redface gonk xd

Hope you had good birthday, Saf.
Yesterday, my 93 year-old grandma had a stroke. sad At least the doctors think so (they couldn't find the blood clot). Luckily, it appears to have only affected her speech. My grandma has never had this serious happen to her, so I'm still not sure what to think. I had a bad day yesterday.

@Jpy: Yeah. They kind of tanked. I'm still looking for it. My brother is looking for it for me too. Zack and Wiki you can probably find at walmart for $12 in some places which is cheaper then what I got it for. It's basically a game where you play as a pirate and solve puzzles to get to the mythical Treasure Island.
@Hota: I'm so sorry. Don't know what else to say. Be strong. 3nodding Better days are sure to come soon.
EDIT: My brother found me a copy of Mario Kart Wii, but I won't have it till tomorrow. sweatdrop

Actually we had a new gamestop open by his work and he dropped by for me to see if they had it and bought me a copy. Now I just have to pay him back. Remember when I told you guys earlier in the week I wasn't feeling well, well I'm still feeling like crap. I think I picked something up from work since I'm cleaning lots of stuff and working with people.

I hate bringing down the mood, but I need to get things off my chest...
*shamelessly copied & pasted from another topic in another guild*
Last week my grandmother unexpectandly had several strokes and is going to die soon. A feeding tube would prolong her life, but she doesn't want that. This is probably the hardest thing I have ever gone through my life. I saw her briefly last week, but I couldn't stay in the room long because I starting crying (I didn't want to upset her). She can't speak or hardly move now. It's all so shocking. I'm going tomorrow and I'm hoping I won't break down, but I probably will. I'm such an emotional basketcase.
My sister and I are her favorite grandchildren (we're the youngest). She loves us dearly and we love her just as much. She is a wonderful person and I couldn't have asked for a better grandmother. We've been so lucky to have her this long (she's 93 yrs old) and that she has never been seriously ill till now.
Pray for me. Pray for her. Pray for my family.
I know she's going to a better place, but it's hard...oh, so hard.
