The moment Kiara came into view, Chaos had to turn his head, as he saw a flash of brilliant light one that seemed to hurt him. He dropped his hand, and let go of his powers for a moment. "AH! Ugh, what the hell was that?" He asked, unsure of what transpired. He turned back and kept one eye closed, as he focused the other solely on Envi. "Well that's 4 of 6, where are the other 2?" He asked, not bothering to start the storm back up. The healing snow didn't even bother him, it was just a minor nuisance to him, so he didn't really care. Chaos did how ever take interest in the strange light that Kiara had shown, for some reason only he was able to see it, and it affected him greatly. "What the hell is this girl, and why does she glow like that? Not even an angel is that bright. I must find out what that light is, either that or kill her, one or the other." He thought to him self, blocking out any mental telepathy. "Sorry, I guess I overacted a little too much, never the less I had to draw you out some way." He said, showing how heartless he really was, he didn't even care if they them selves were hit. "I knew you guys would come rushing out if you knew people were in trouble, so I decided to have some fun while I waited." He said to Kiara and Envi, he then turned his attention else where. "Hm, a worthy show, Ill admit. How ever, I doubt you can stop every thing I can do, such as..." He paused, as he conversed to Fang, then lifted his hand up and flared up a black fire ball. He gave a cruel and sadistic smile, as he the flung his arm and let the fire ball hit yet another building, setting it into a wild black inferno that nearly devoured the building whole. "Nothing like a warm fire to beat the cold, huh guys and girls?" He asked with a wicked laugh, as he watched the building burn.

"black fire doesnt spread like normal fire but you cant put it out. whats done is done, and it will go out in seven days." what was it that made him cover his eyes? a pure heart? he gasped. thats it! kiara has never killed anybody. she is pure of heart, she must be the one who can beat him.

"if you say yes then my power wont be able to destroy my body."

"i wish you could say that without making a face, but you really have no idea how bad i needed to hear that. i thought you didnt love me anymore and it was messing with my power but i can feel it, now its back to normal. when it happened, i want you to know, they told me i did it in one strike and she didnt feel it. there are months worth of missing memories when i was just a feral beast. i wasnt like that before, and im not like that now. i feel terrible about what i did, but knowing you still love me helps me deal with it. i just hope you will one day be able to forgive me." his tail wagged as he smiled lovingly at her.

Kiara smirked slightly, hearing the two make up, then tilted her head to the side. She didn't understand the words they were saying, even when Envi said Fang was supposed to kill her. "Did what? Who didn't feel what...?" She trailed off attempting to put the peices together. Normally Kiara was smarter than to not understand what they were talking about, but she hadn't been paying much attention and was a bit distracted. Her eyes widened slightly as if maybe she understood, but she really didn't and decided to keep quiet.

Chaos turned back to Envi, still keeping his one eye closed to Kiara, and laughed from her obvious ignorance. "Don't you get it, thanks to my friend back here, not every one knows what transpired today, in short not ALL the buildings have been evacuated. I can hear them now, hundreds of souls crying in pain, its like a symphony that never ends. My kind of music." He answered still grinning, it was hard to look at her directly, but he tried his best. He had to switch eyes to look at Vlad and Sakura, and keep his sword at the ready. "Ah hehehe, that's hilarious, you act like you know me but you don't even know your self for that matter. So divided, so confused, so broken. What I am, and what I do, is of my own concern. Did it ever occur to you, that one doesn't need a purpose, a reason to live? Humans have gone there whole lives with out knowing what it is they were born for, what goals they were meant to do, what accomplishments they were to take part in. Why should I be any different?" He asked, showing he wasn't going to tell her any thing. He then turned as saw Envi and Fang's conversation. "Oh how heart warming, I guess it really is true, love really does conquer all, no matter what comes of it." He said that part in disdain towards Sakura. He then started patting his sword against his palm. "Gee, I guess I never really did hear that, but then again being a demon fire cant burn me so I guess that doesn't really matter now does it? Oh well...I guess somethings... just have to be learned..." He paused for a moment, patting his hand through out his sentence, on the last part he turned the sword to its side and with out warning the blade sliced through the palm of his hand cutting it clean off! The strange thing, there was no blood, not even a drop poured from the severed limb. "...The hard way." He finished up, just then, the disembodied top half of his hand disintegrated into black fire. As this happened, the remaining part of his hand started to heal and regrow the lost appendages. When they were back into place, he clutched his hand and started laughing as if he had never lost it, it was a sick and demented laugh you would only hear in a horror film but it got the job done. When he was finally done he caught his breath and waved at them, this was just to scare them for fun. "IM sorry, I seem to have a thing for the theatrical." He shook his had and looked toward the ground.

The connection between Fang and Faith finally clicked with the last of what Fang had said and she drew in a sharp breathe. How could her sister not even tell her that, no matter how much of an extremely touchy subject it would have been? Hearing Chaos’s words she turned her head in the direction of the building he had just demolished, her hands shaking at her sides from what she had just found out, but now was not the time. “M-more people?” She looked extremely sick and froze in her place, even though she should have been doing something against it. Even thogh there was pretty much nothing she could do if they were inside the building, there was no way for her to enter. When Edward disapeared her heart began to race, he was in the building with not only fire, but black fire. “Your sick..” She muttered to Chaos turning away towards the building, but the heat was bad. Her eyes glared and screamed at Chaos. “Sick! Get rid of the fire! Get rid of it all! Now!” She knew Fang said the fire would last, but maybe Chaos himself could stop it since he started it, that way the people that hadn’t been killed would be ok, and it would endanger Edward.
