Ah. Check [this]. There is the profile skeleton. Copy the "code" in the second post, and fill that form. You can use Notepad for that. When you are done, copy the filled form, go to the character profiles sub-forum, make a new thread and paste the filled form there. emotion_yatta You can use other profiles as examples, if you are not sure about something. They all are [here, at the Character Profiles sub-forum].

That's what I'm here for. emotion_yatta I'll check your character once you post it there. When I mark it as "accepted", you can start using it. It usually doesn't take long for me to check the new characters, so don't worry about it.

You can pretty much start playing. Just post somewhere, or answer someone's post~ Kailee's new char is lonely in the Sakura Garden. Creating new areas is okay too. You can also get a dorm room for your what-ever-I-should-call-her. I dunno if there's any rooms available in the College dorms, so you might have to make a whole new room. //Or go say hi to your branch leader in his office. // @ Kailee, you already posted somewhere. But if you get bored, your character can be in two places at once. You can join a dorm room, or go say hi to your branch leader.
