by koenntest do you mean can? because it's spelled kannst.

In this case you could either say 'kannst' or 'koenntest'. 'Kannst' is more like 'can' and 'koenntest' like 'could' in English. Don't know what this form is called at the moment, sorry.

Conditional present, I believe razz (that's what it's called in French anyway sweatdrop conditionel present...)

koenntest--- I don't understand. What would that be conjugated to? Or is that a completely different word then konnen or the conjugation or konnen?

Some people should outgrow the age they are in? (Not sure if this makes sense in English. I think I understand the meaning, but haven't really heard that phrase in German a lot. Is it right, that it basically means, that you don't necessarily need to act the way how others in your age do?)

heh, it's something someone i know wrote and i assumed it was sent to me since he's really rude/mean to me....i get what he means by it, though he's an idiot for bashing me on an inside joke
