PirateEire is captain, mostly because she isn't in danger of being banned. I'm vice, along with Jaaten, whom we bought the guild from. As an extra precaution, I might get a mule up, and promote whoever else is willing to sit pretty in the position. I'm hoping that'll cover it.
Thanks for thinking ahead. blaugh

I suggest that you make a couple mules and dress them up nice (no, really with fancy stuff.) then you can use them and if a hacker comes, and hacks into the mules, then you can ban the mule. I volunteer if I can. I have another account.

I'd volunteer, if I could remember passwords...

I can sit as a just-in-case vice captain, I'm in no danger of banning (heh, I'm only active in guilds now) and I don't fall easily for hacking scams. If I am somehow hacked, then I can be banned.

I could also sit in as vice-captain, but Lord Setar is probably a better choice. I have a feeling a proverbial storm is coming on this ***** thing, and I'll probably shoot my mouth off.

okay, wait... I'm slightly confused. When you say 'ban' do you mean from the guild or from Gaia? Because I just can't see theadmins banning someone for getting hacked.

Are you addressing Lord Setar, or someone else? Setar means that if we promote him to Co-captain and he gets hacked, we can ban him from the guild.

Personally, I'm still angry for them banning Wishbone in the first place. I mean, how long were those threads up? Could it really take them that long for the threads to be noticed? And even if they did just 'change the rules' that doesn't give them the right to ban her for something she posted before then...
Grr, sorry I've been really pissed off at the system for a while now, just needed to get those questions off my chest.

Not to mention they probably only started pulling threads like that because of the sudden flood of newbie/noob kiddies that only came here because it's popular now and they didn't want easily freaked out parents to give them bad press.

I love how this thread went immediately from discussing a precaution to folks trying to get their mules promoted to VC.
