It isn’t every day that you receive a handmade invitation from a bundled-up orphan on the street asking you to attend an undercover holiday party in a theatre that was once a crime scene. Needless to say, your curiosity has been peaked. As you approach the Durem Theatre in the midst of a particularly nasty snowstorm, you rush inside at the beckon of a small six-year-old girl, who welcomes you with an infectious smile and open arms. It seems that the party is already underway, because there are people bustling about, chatting, laughing, and exploring the building that has played such a large part in Durem’s colorful history. Yet, everyone seems to be very hush-hush about this whole event, and you can’t help but wonder why. Perhaps there's more to this party than meets the eye? The only way to find out is to venture further into the depths of the theatre.
Welcome, ladies and gentleman, to the 2k11 Holiday Bash, taking place right here in the Durem Theatre. The event will run from December 27th to December 29th, after which it will remain open for role-playing throughout the new year. Don’t be shy! Come on in and introduce yourself, make some new friends, participate in a game or two, and simply indulge yourself in the merriment and mystery that awaits you.
