All was lost, war had ravaged the world. World War IV not only nearly took out all of humanity, and all that humans had created, it help bring about the mutation of many species of the animal kingdom, and plant life of the very planet.
Those who survived, did so through luck and paranoia. Bunkers saved many, and many came up from the ground to face this new world. Cars did not work, electricity was a thing of the past. Rubble surrounded towns, and cities like great walls, as if Guardian Angels tried to offer some protection to those who didn't go under ground. It did save time, for man found those broken walls were a saving grace.
In some cities though, the walls were best suited to keeping man out, and something else in.....
