It is the near future humans have achieved many great things. There is no longer disease, famine, poverty, and war. The world is an Utopia.The time is called The Great Bliss, but there is only one problem.
People could no longer fall asleep.
Some roamed the streets like zombies. Never fully awake or sleep. The top scientists in the world tried everything, and failed every time.
Until day a brilliant chemist came up with the drug Collideascope. The drug had the ability of not only making people fall asleep, but making their dreams more live and vivid. The chemist gathered a group of people to test it on.
They all came for different backgrounds each having their own reason to want to test the drug.
They all found themselves in Nod the land of dreams.
Being a land of dreams and nightmares Nod is a strange land. There you can find castles in sky, mice can turn into dragons, lakes in appear floating in mid air. Animals and planets might just talk to you. It a very blissful place in spite its oddities.
Although not everyone or everything is like a dream. They are the nightmares and those who were consumed by them. People that were consumed are no longer humans, they are worst then monsters as well. Dark creatures that only care for themselves and the shadows.
They want to turn Nod into a land of everlasting darkness.
The group live happily in their dreams with no worries. Then something went wrong they could not wake up, and where there are dreams there are nightmares. Will they ever will able to wake up, or will they perish in the land of Nod?
