What is the purpose of Marshall following you all over the place? Is there a quest to return him, like Mika or that guard's brother at the Old Aqueduct? What is up with Marshall?!

Back in the old days Marshall did stuff to you *wink wink* and you tried to run from him. If you got caught you paid the consequences.

Now that the jokes are aside.... you do nothing. Just let him follow you around and he gives you are recipe or at least he did back in 2009.
