What does total charge mean and what can I do to get mine higher?

Total Charge is how much Orbs you gathered over your entire gaming session in zOMG!.
You can raise Total Charge by collecting rings and killing monsters for orbs.
Salvaged rings grant orbs when salvaged but they will not count towards your Total Charge.

It helped me out a bit with things I hadn't learned by just playing the game.
I have just started playing zOMG! as a way to earn gold and because, its strangely satisfactory killing gnomes and onions. Not sure why. xD
