So, title says all; I need help doing DMS
I did it when it zOMG! FIRST opened the game.. but dang, it's really changed. I have no idea where to start or how.
I keep hearing crews asking for 'aggros' and listing off certain rings people need to have, and not have... and it loses me every time(all my rings are at lv10).

So, I come here. I know the question is silly but I'd appreciate anyone willing to run me through it/a crew that wouldn't mind a slightly new player to that area.
