The topic is answered like a billion times no, it doesn't work on shadow orbs. Most people use it to increase their TC or for more regular Orbs for Orb Aggregates [Alchemy/Epic Recipe/Profit(MP)]. Some just want additional buff in their zOMG status[weird people].....

Well usually these people never have much time to invest into DMS (they generally leave 0-5 rooms in) they just don't have 3+ hours to tuna to play GR.
