I can't get Rubella's quest on zOMG with the chicken, is anyone else having this problem or just me?

The same glitch also seems to be affecting Katashi in Zen Gardens. Definitely incredibly frustrating. Even with my incredible propensity to get rings to drop from monsters just by farming them for money and charge orbs, sometimes I'd like to be able to choose exactly which ring I'm receiving instead of blindly stumbling across random rings that I have absolutely no use for.
