10.0 or 10.1?

all of my rings are level 10.0 except fitness (11.0) and turtle (10.4)
I'm building my rings to aggro since i learned to aggro on my sisters account and got all the way to gr twice!
i get in a crew and the leader wants me to take off an attack ring and replace it with fitness and swap turtle for another ring so that i can "appear" a higher level which given my rings would only be 10.1 and kicked me because i refused to do so. wtf difference does it make!? we are doing regular ym wtf is wrong with me being a well experienced level 10 or a 10.1????

Generally, highest CL for aggro is more profitable and time worth for the crew.

I'll give you the answer: it's not because you are a 10 or 10.1 for the most part, it's because you either A) Have too many passives/passive but no Meat. And B) Brought in Turtle to YM. Turtle is a totally useless ring there and it is pointless for the tank to carry it there, let alone the DPSer. In YM, Turtle is a ring that wastes ring space and slows down the speed of the crew by lowering the amount of damage you output. Look, I wanted to tank ever since I started DMSing, but I knew that for now, my job is to DPS and that I should be leveling attacked rings first, then passives, then heals. Also, scaling buffs should be leveled. I say that you are wasting shorbs on Turtle since you won't be able to GR kite till you are about 12 or so. And being stubborn about bringing it will only lower your crew chances thus you will be getting shorbs a lot more slowly. 3nodding

I've taken turtle on ym runs, but that's just for shits and giggles. I've also taken fleet, taunt and hornets's nest. emotion_awesome emotion_dealwithit But then, that's done just for the lulz and cuz I was bored.

Turtle is useful in YM although there are other efficient ways to tank without them. It's just that crew leader didn't explain it further before deciding to kick you.

Turtle was one of those rings that players used when DMS first came out and it took around 10-15 minutes to clear each room and I'm talking about YM. But as tactics improved and people leveled up, the turtle ring simply could not keep up with any strategy thanks to its rubbish cooldown.

Seeing that you have a tank set and that you only have 2 rings levled beyond 10, your level could not possibly be 11+ which is needed to tank if you have the tank set on. And still don't bother with Turtle.
