GHOST ID LISTING FORM

gaia_right I do Ghost ID renewal checks every 2 months via quote in this thread. So only 6 times a year!
Once you submit the form, I will let you know whens the next renewal check.

gaia_right At anytime you may quote or pm me for any changes or removal!

gaia_right ID Listing Deletion: If a month and half goes by with no response to the last renewal check, the listing remains for the remaining 15 days of that 2nd month and will then get deleted. You are always welcome to re-apply as I understand:
life,needed hiatus, even laziness lol. If your listing is ever removed its strictly for clean up purposes.

FAQs

How do I link to an items image?
If you use google chrome look up "GaiaUpgrade" and install it. Its super quick and simple!
Once its downloaded, head over to the Marketplace for your desired item and there
should now be a "Get BBcode" button and copy the code under "Item Thumbnail".
Now you can paste the code and it should show up with the item image + links to the MP!

I still can't figure out how to do the image thing^ can you do it for me?
Yes I can, up to 5 items only. You must still follow the form I made.
So fill out the form properly and make sure it links to the item(s) via url.

Do I need a listing on the front in order to post here?
No! You are always welcome to post whatever you're looking for!
Regular posting is OK!

If you want your listing for the whole world to see on the front,fill out a form.
BUT if its going on the front, I only accept unlisted (no graph data) items or
minimal graph items (no more than 5 sold in the last TWO months).

Why can't I request common items on my front page listing?
More common items = more frequent changes to listings = more work for me.
I unfortunately am not available 24/7, I do have a life. Kind of. ninja
Common items takes a bit of patience but most of the time you will find them in a day!
MP/Exchange(invo sales)/Wanted(make a thread!)/Chatterbox are good places!

How long do listings last before they expire?
Up to a month and a half if no response!
On the 1st of every month I quote everyone and ask if they'd like to renew for that month.
If I get no response from you in that whole month, I do a courtesy 15 day remaining notice the following 1st of the month. If I get no response after the 15 days still, the listing gets removed. It's only to keep the listings updated/tidy. You're always more than welcome to request a new listing! heart

Ok so what if I respond during my late 15 day notice?^
If you respond during the last 15 days of your listing, your listing remains for the rest
of that month. By responding, it insures you will get asked the following 1st of the month
for renewal for that month. So a new month and a half expiration begins should you
not respond.
example:

Lets say we are in July but you didnt respond for July renewal. You have until August 15th to respond. Lets say you did respond a few days before Aug. 15 . Great, now you'll get quoted September 1st for renewal of that month. If no response you have until October 15th to respond before the listing gets removed. And so the cycle repeats.
Again though, if you reply in a reasonable amount of time around the 1st, you don't have to worry about approaching expiration dates. So try to respond around the 1st! PLEASE ;D

The form includes a 'quote' code for me so Im notified of your request.

I worked really hard on this thread and did put multiple notices to read the form/rules so if you can't be bothered to read them/do it correctly, then I can't be bothered to post your listing.

Help! My listing hasn't been updated?
It sometimes can take up to 3 days for changes.
Since its just me running this thread (+only I can change the listing post) I cannot
be available at all times. I am an adult with a busy job and I somewhat have a social
life as well ahaha.

Why is my listing missing an item(s)?
Odds are I did a quality check to make sure commons aren't being asked for.
Forgive me but I rather remove it then than later (aka prob soon). Also its not fair for others if they see a common listed, it could start a chain reaction of asking for commons.

Short answer: No.
If for any reason there is a very common item listed, it just happened to pass by me. sweatdrop
I do not know every item on Gaia and I don't always check every single
item thats been posted for listing. That would be even more time consuming. sweatdrop

Can I add mule IDs to the ID form?
Yes! Just please neatly seperate the IDs and info for each one. Please reference to already posted IDs for what Im looking for.
Keep in mind I do NEED a main account to quote for the renewal checks!!!

Can I opt out of the renewal checks?
For both Item and Ghost ID listings, I need to do checks for clean up purposes in order
to keep this thread fully updated.

Changed a few posts to try to emphasize things:
-Made it clearer to sellers to not ask buyers whats their offer if the offer is blank; blank = abp.
-Changed form to let buyers know to leave [offer/notes] blank if looking for strictly abp.
-Added to ghost id post, just stating how many IDs are in the post now
-Also added to respects ghost id sellers invo info, can't believe I didnt add that till now woops. So far
I think everyones been quite kind/respectful though at least!

Alrighty I made some major changes!
gaia_star REMOVED linked item names post.
Felt like it wasn't very popular and just taking up space in the end.
However I am thinking about doing an RNG contest so the thread
could be just a little more lively, bumps are appreciated but no one ever really bumps.
So RNG is most likely on the way.
