WE ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED---> THE REASONING IS THAT WE ARE OUT OF FUNDS, AND WHILE WE DO NOT WANT TO CLOSE, WE HAVE NO CHOICE UNTIL WE RAISE MORE FUNDING. PLEASE HELP AND DONATE IF YOU CAN.

Blackwing Charity is a randomly donating charity, so please do not PM any staffer asking for a donation. What you can do, however, is leave us a link to your quest, and we will at least stop by and bump.

RULES (ALSO KNOWN AS: HOW TO AVOID GETTING A DONATION)
1. Do not be rude to any staff member, or no donation for you.
Owner is Isaccard, staff members are DXcubed, Ashton_Blackwing, Arianna_Blackwing, lockbox, blackwingcharity, and dancing_yak.
2. Do not beg us, or no donation for you.
3. Your quest will not be donated to unless it appears that you are working for the items, and that your quest thread is well made.
4. If you want your quest in our linklist, please PM Isaccard with your reason as to why.
5. Thank us when you confirm the trade.
6. You must have a quest thread of at least 10 pages to be considered for a donation. (In effect Feb 10, 2005)

Announcements//Upcoming Events
The charity is under new ownership as of March 23, 2005
Isaccard is the new owner of the charity, so we may be undergoing name changes and philosphy changes. I could no longer afford to run the charity, as I have just recently started to work again, as well as the fact that I attend college full time. I thank all of you who helped throughout the charity's lifespan, and I am said to leave. I will still be here, as will Arianna, but we are now staff members and no longer the ownership. Thanks again to all who donated, and especially to DXcubed and Isaccard.

How Do I Receive A Donation?
1. Leave us a link to your quest thread. At the very least, we will stop by and bump. This is a way for us to know you are dedicated.
If anyone reads this part, just let me know by putting the word "weasel" in your bump/post. No extras for it, just want to know who reads this. Weasels thus far: 6

That being said... I'm someone who wants a donation sweatdrop My quest thread is here and I have just started that quest out. I have completed two other successful quests, and have donated many times to other questers.
