Story
One day, two sisters named Raynia and Beckie were sitting together in their backyard, mourning the loss of their dog, Page, who had died exactly two years from that date.
They held each other close and said a silent prayer, wishing that anyone else out there who had also lost a pet could feel comfort.
As if their prayer was heard, a star shot across the sky, and a glowing object appeared near them. They ran to see what it was.
A small bone with a bow wrapped around it sat there in the lawn. However, it's eerie glow told them that this was no ordinary bone. Curious, the sisters took it inside and placed it in their dog's old bed.
The next morning, they woke up to find a little puppy lying there. He looked like their dog Page, only he had a halo and sparkling wings. It was as if their dog was re-born as an angel, sent down to them.
The puppy looked up at them with bright eyes, and nuzzled their faces.
The girls raised their angel pup, and continued to pray that others may find their own guardian angels like they did.

Species
Dogs- These are the most common angel species. They are loyal and caring to their owners, just like any dog. They start as a bone. At this stage they are stil dormant and unable to speak, but they can feel emotions. Their nature tends to be playful at the puppy stage. As they get older, they will develop some magical angelic powers.
Cats- Not as common as the dogs, but the second most common angelic pet. They start as little kittens, only able to crawl around and speak very little. As teens, they are more mischievious than the dogs and like to see what they can get away with. They also will develop angelic powers as adults, as well as act independent, as most cats do.
Fairy Cats- The most rare species you will find. These aren't quite as sweet as the regular angels, even though they are still angelic. Their nature is much like the regular angel cats though, they just think more highly of themselves. Legend has it that each fairy develops a different kind of power...they are a mystery.
