My friend is writing a book and getting in published. And, lucky me, he wanted me to be the editor! I thought maybe I could share some of the plot and such with everyone. It's planned to be a 4-part series about the future. The main character, Shaido, is a winglie, a member of a unique race of magic-wielding, super-men. And, hence the name "winglie," they can use special magic, energy-based wings that they create on their backs in order to fly. Some of you may have played a video game for Playstation called "Legend of Dragoon." If so, you probably notice that these creatures are very similar to the "wingly" that they have in it. Fortunately, he got some connections with Sony and asked permission to use the name. They said they don't care about it, so "go ahead and use it." But, for safety precautions, he spelled it a little differently.

Anywho, the series is about Shaido's andventures on the planet of Zalfos in the year (I believe) 6545. There are humans here as well that transferred from Earth a long time ago, but the plot mainly concerns the winglies. Now, Zalfos is divided into FOUR KINGDOMS, hence the name of the series. The kingdoms are: Griffin (Shaido's country), New Reilly, Salas, and Webdoss. Shaido is the ruler of Griffin, and has a wife and 12 KIDS! eek Very fantasy-ish, huh? Well, I can't tell you EVERYTHING by myself, so I'll give you the book's website. If you like what you see, please come back and post your opinions here. I hate to freeload off of gaia for free advertisement, but I think many of you, especially those fond of fantasy, science-fiction, and just good ol' fashion drama will like it.

So, here's the website:

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to use this topic as your own, personal "letters to the editor" page. I'll answer any questions or concerns to the best of my ability. Oh, and before I end this post, I'll answer one question that I KNOW is going to come up, so I don't want to hear it in the future: YES! Bruno Zeneb is where I got my Gaia name from. He is my creation after all. Now, with that, I leave you to your replies. surprised

The Four Kingdoms
By Ethan Gremillion
edg080190 #001

"The Four Kingdoms is a beautifully written masterpiece of American novels - an eximplary representation of control over both the flow of a novel, and the ability to captivate an audience with power reminiscent of Conrad, from the title to the very last word. Mr. Gremillion's writing style is unparalleled for his age group, and his demonstration so far seems to be promising of both a sucessful career as a writer and an opportunity as a professional novelist."

The Serpent of Zalfos
By Ethan Gremillion
edg080190 #002

"The Serpent of Zalfos demonstrates a masterful control over the true novel formation, providing more than ample descriptions, captivating plot twists, and an astonishing repitoir of beautifully written works. Mr. Gremillion's second work, this novel more than outmatches his first. I look forward to seeing you, Mr. Gremillion, in the future. Congratulations to the next James Joyce!"

It Falls Apart
By Ethan Gremillion
edg080190 #003

"While it isn't finished, It Falls Apart has begun the single most impressive of all Mr. Gremillion's work. IFA promises to be one of the greatest literary works to be comprised by someone of his age. The descriptions are powerful and the book is very easy to read on the literal level. It seems to roll along like clear water from page to page. Never have I read such a beautifully captivating work of art from someone of Mr. Gremillion's age. This is truely hope for the future! The book offers a perfect balance of complication and simplicity, and the form in which it is written leads me to believe I am watching a movie. Each vivid description is more exclusive and beautifully constructed than the next, and the complex sentence form is unparalleled by anyone his age that I've ever met. This is truely turning into a masterpiece!"
