So I have been meaning to do something like this for a very long time but I never really had the funds to do so. Yay for inflation! I now have a sizable ammount to give out as prizes *grins*
There are three main areas of characters to choose from, each with their own top prizes and such. The First is the Morningstar Family consisting of Amirynth, Ryn, Cyrwrynn and Kitrynn, their mates and their Mother Crystal. The second group consists of my favorite characters to RP, namely Malis and Pip but I will also offer a small section for Immi and others. The final group is a special one which will be judged by my Da're as well. There are special prizes for it as well as special rules, more details can be found lower down,

So take a look around, have fun with my characters, and enjoy!

So this is the bit you have been waiting for... The loot!

The three main catagories are the obvious First, Second, Third overall. If I do end up getting enough entries I can add more first/second/third prizes for each section of characters by deviding up my remaining letters.

First prize over all will get a Mar 2005 letter which holds a Kiki Kitty or a RoRo Puppy.
Second prize overall will recieve a Jan 2005 letter which conceals a Demonic Pendant or Angelic Bracelet.
Third prize overall is a June 2005 letter which has a Phoenix Circlet or Bone Dragon Helm inside as well as around 50k pure.

Other awards are:

Best Chibi: I love chibi work, especially when it's done well. Many of my characters would fit in the chibified look and it's always fun to see it.
Prize - Feb 2005 (Lunar Cloak or Solar Cloak)

Best Couple: I have quite a few couples and families as well as siblings and friends. The best piece that shows the bond between two of my characters would recieve this award.
Prize - July 2006 (Ancient Katana or Elegant Veil)

Best Action shot: The Outlaws are featured in a novel and there are quite a few action scenes that can be done. Malis is a character from World of Warcraft which is also a very action-based background. This catagory represents that.
Prize - Feb 2006 letter (Chyaku Norisu Scarf or G9 Laptop)

Special Entry: Any pics with Da're in drag (either renaissance dresses or a maid's outfit) will be put into a special catagory ^-^~

There is a possible Grand Prize winner, someone who completely astounds me with their capture of Da're or my characters on paper. I have saved this Nov '03 letter since when I started Gaia, it was the very first donation I ever made. If there is one piece that I think has shown any of the main characters perfectly I shall award the grand prize.

So here is where I'll stash my other characters such as the awsomeness that is Malis Troll and Pip teh Pnada. This is also the place to submit pictures concerning Da're and my Avatar ^-^~



Malis hales from World of Warcraft origionally. This troll has managed to step from the chapters of the game into real life where I play Malis the troll at the Escondido Renaissance Faires. Now she has a prescence on Gaia and has to be my favorite character to RP up to date! Long Live the Troll!

Likes: Fighting, pillaging, plundering, looting, treasure hunting
Dislikes: Elves and gnomes!
Personality: Malis troll is good, Yessums. Malis likes many things like dragons eggs, they make good omlets. Malis also likes pixies and fairies, their wings taste like candyfloss. Malis is shaman, she know very much about spirit world but don't ya come asking for advice unless ya got a pretty present for Malis. Malis like many things like shinies and yummy stuff. Mah tooth? Well Malis have one tooth, lost one in battle. Malis won! Malis gnawed on dragon tail... learnt not good thing to do, dragon scales are little too hard for Malis tooth. Malis had good dragon stake that night though. Very Yummy!

Pip is a Pnada born from an age old panda hat quest which was lost to the ravages of Gaia when it was still go-gaia.com ^-^~ A pnada is an anti-panda and is much cooler *grins* Pip is a fun character to RP and so he is my first choice to be quested for in quite a few different shops...

Gender: Male
Likes: Himself, teasing, parties, drawing and colouring
Dislikes: Silence, drama (the bad kind) and bad hair days
Personality: Pip is well... Pip *snickers* He is a rare breed called a Pnada and he knows it! Slightly egotistical but not in the 'in your face' kind of way, Pip know's he is cute and likes to play around. Joyful, loving, upbeat and foppish, Pip is flamboyantly gay and yet loves attention from anyone, not just the boys. He is an artist at heart and loves to colour and paint and anything that will make a big mess. Hopelessly bad at cooking he does like to decorate cakes and his black/white fur is often stained by colour some way or another.

While Da're has one basic look to himself I go through many different outfits and looks. Some of my fav is my snake persona (Amirynth) my drafina, (Cyrwrynn) or a more foxy me to match his foxy looks *grins* The biggest thing is that Mah Da're and I are engaged and he means a lot to me. Here are the specifics of the different looks for us:



Us together: The best thing to do is put us together with me plaguing poor Da're in some way *points to the pic on the left* Either glomping, gnawing or something along that length is always good *grins* Some of the pics of us together are: Sketch of Da're and Becca, Sirius, Kitty, Da're and Cyr, Cyr and Da're, Ryn and Da're *big file*, Ryn and Da're-fox, Cyr and Da're, Cyr loves Da're, Keychains

Da're: Da're has short semi-curly brown hair with bright ice blue eyes. He wears blue jeans with a white shirt and a long black coat that flares. He is a red fox with the dark tipped ears and ivory tipped tail and wears a large collar with a silver hoop that can sometimes have a leash attached to it.

Ryn: Though I usually gravitate towards certain Gaian looks there are a few I especially like. As a nagah Ryn has silver scales with gold stripes and her long wavy red hair has one braid just onder her right ear (see the pic to the left or Amirynth's quote in the Morningstar section for details) As a more normal me I prefer large baggy pants with pockets and straps, a tightish shirt (note: almost no boobs) and rainbow bracelets. In that case the hair is chin length in front and blended in the back. In all cases Ryn has short 'featherd' dark-tipped ears that look almost like the NM minis. While this thread won't need bumping too much I would like some help advertizing for it. I will sketch a chibi pic for anyone who brings someone into the contest. For every 5 sumbissions who added you're name to their form you shall get one chibi, for every three chibi sketches, you can trade it in to an inked and coloured chibi *see Ryn wrapped around Da're pic for example*

A small bumping prize will be 25k for the highest ammount of bumps and 15k for the second highest. The important thing is you cannot post just a emote or the words 'bump' ect. You must bump with conversation, poetry, or something intelligent *nods*

I think that's all I need and such *cuts the ribbon and opens the contest*
