I just spoke to ufo 9 in area 1010, and he indeed told us what the white elixer is:
milk! just as we though. he told me and several others that what he wanted came from the bovines! when we told him we had the milk, he said

also, did anyone notice that the [NPC] alien_12 has a link to the user ron bruise? not the [NPC], but the actual user...this seems odd to me... check out the little alien at the top and click:

10/20/06 - The aliens are back, at 5am GST.
"I'M NOT PIXELATED, YOU ARE" seems to be the theme....

10/20/06 - 5:51pm GST. The aliens are running into each other, and everyone now has black avvies instead of shadows.

This one said "Hail, Zurg brother" before I could screen shot it, but here is the response:
