Overall Rules

1:. Be Polite. No one wants to be yelled at. If you don't end up getting one, don't yell/curse/be mean in a way to someone even if yours is just taking longer. If there are frequent complaints about your behavior, you will be banished from the pack.

2:. We only make wolves. This is a wolf roleplay. We only draw wolves. We do not draw cats/deer/birds/etc. End of Story.

3:. Only members of the guild 'Song of the Wolf: Calling' as of 8/6/06 get a free adoptable. If you join the guild after that day, you will have to pay for your adoptable. To find out how much these adoptables are, go to the 'cost' post.

4:. No Begging. If you beg, you make us feel less likely to grant your request. So, chances are, you probably won't get one if you beg. Just don't do it.

5:. If you want one, post here with your wolf's description. We only do customs. Once you pm me, Spectrolite will get to work on making them and it'll be ready soon enough (probably within a week).
NOTE: If you are one of the few who are members as of 8/6/06, just post below the names of all your characters and we'll get to it.

6:. If you're in the 'Song of the Wolf: Calling' guild, you do not have to purchase/recieve an adoptable if you don't want to!

7:. When you buy one, send the gold, in a trade, to me. We'll then split it in between me, Spectrolite, and the guild. You won't recieve your adoptable until you send the trade.

8:. You must upload these to your own servers after you recieve them! Good sites for this are photobucket and filelodge!

9:. It's first come, first serve. If you're one of the first 20 people to ask for one, you get one. If you're not, you don't.

10:. We won't make more than two for one person each time around. And the two either have to be twins or brother/sister. We'll probably do mates too.

11:. Respect all Gaia TOS, rules of this forum, and all rules stated in the Song of the Wolf: Calling guild.

Role Play Rules

1:. In order for your adoptable to grow, you don't have to role play. Usually, pups grow into yearlings anywhere from two to three months, yearlings take about five or six months to grow into adults and adults don't grow into elders until their owner wants them to.

2:. This role play does NOT take place in gaia. There are no humans in this role play except when the plot permits. Your gaia avatar can not talk or play with your wolf. Your wolf is part of a wild pack which brings us to our next rule. . .

3:. Your wolf is part of a pack. This means that they must pull their own weight. They can't be lazy and not do anything all the time. They must hunt sometimes, fight sometimes, or even just use their powers to better the pack. But your wolf still has to help out the pack. Not all the time, of coarse, but still. . .

4:. All Overall Rules still apply. I'm mainly talking about the 'Be Polite' one.

5:. Have Fun!

For one, normal adoptable after 8/6/06 for those who were not previously a member of 'Song of the Wolf: Calling', an adoptable will be 500g. That's very cheap for an adoptable that's drawn and colored with the computer and actually looks good.

There will be only 20 slots. In each slot, there will be four things: Your username, the pet's name, how much it costs, and if you've paid or not. When there is a name crossed out, that means that it's finished and you can pick it up in the 'Cert Pickup' post. The wolves won't neccessarily be finished in order.

Breeding Rules

1:. You have to have at least five posts where the wolves you want to breed are interacting in some way or another that you can show me.

2:. If you want to breed your characters through the adoptables, both people have to send me a pm saying that they've agreed to breeding their characters, their character's descriptions, and the five posts or the link to the five posts where the characters are interacting.

3:. If your characters want to have pups in the role play, they don't have to breed through the adoptables! They can breed in the role play and then purchase the pups as normal adoptables. Even though a litter gets a discount, it's still more expensive to get them separately. Although, you might want to do that considering the next rule:

4:. If you want to breed your characters through the adoptables, spectrolite and I will combine what the two mates look like to give their new appearance. We will also roll one die to determine how many pups they have. You can still pick the names and the powers that the pups have. We just get to pick the appearance.

Cost of Breeding

Through Role Playing:

Every pup will cost 200g if you want an adoptable for your pups.

Through Breeding:

Every pup will cost 100g up to 5 pups. If you, by the small chance, get 6 pups, your cost will still be 500g.

The 'brains of the outfit'. Rachlarn came up with the idea but has a really crappy version of photoshop and she can't draw line art. So, naturally, she went to her best friend Spectrolite and told her about the idea. Spectrolite agreed and, since then, they've been working on it.

The suffering artist. Spectrolite has basically drawn all of the lineart and colored in all of the adobtables on her own time. She does comissions for real money in real life and you can see her work on Deviantart

Kalisona

The poor employee that works because, well, Rachlarn asked her to. She isn't paid very much for it (100g per sale) because it's already going three places without her. But she isn't a beggar and is a good person who helps either because she wants to or because she doesn't have anything better to do. It's a mystery.
