Once upon a time, there lived this girl. Young, and small she was she loved her grandmother very much. One day her grandmother gave her a small creamed color bunny holding a tiny carrot in its hands as a gift. And the girl loved the bunny and named him Bunny Wunny. However, a few months later the little girls grandmother died from a terrible illness.

The little girl was devasted, but held on to the bunny her grandmother gave her it was for the longest time, he was her closest friend.

That was until one day she had to move and Bunny Wunny didn't go with her, the girl didn't know until it was too late.

The girl was even more devasted, the loss of her bunny was great. She started to grow ill as she wished even more and more for her bunny to come back. Her parents where unsure on what to do. It wasn't until one day her mother found a funny colored carrot and brought it home to the girl. The girl clung to the carrot wishing it would bring her bunny wunny back.

A few days later the carrot disappeared and in its place was a creamed color wabbit. The girl was far too overjoyed to find her stuff bunny turned into a wabbit.

When the girl grew older she decided to make it her life long dream, to find all these odd colored carrots, and give them to people who would care and wish on them, for wabbits to come true.

So go on, wish upon a wabbit! ^^

Wabbits
Wabbit are capable of granting wishes, as well as breeding. However, the baby Wabbits are returned to the Wabbit Realm. Adult Wabbits are friendly and capable of communication with humans, so be careful of what you say around them when they're young. They're like parrots the first few days, repeating most of what they heard during their youth.

Stages of Life
First stage of a Wabbits life starts as a Carrot. Magical carrots bearing the colors of the Wabbit they attract. Not many people are granted these carrots, as they are hard to come by. This form lasts 4-5 days.

Second stage of a Wabbit's life is the Youth. It's a baby Wabbit! These little critters are attracted to carrots of the same color and markings as themselves. They will quickly become attatched to the keeper of the carrot, but will likely eat the strange vegetable on the eve of their arrival. Lavish them with love and attention, and they'll grow into happy adult Wabbits. This stage lasts 7-9 days.

Finally, we've reached the stage of Adulthood. A full grown Wabbit is capable of granting wishes, as well as breeding. However, the baby Wabbits are returned to the Wabbit Realm. Adult Wabbits are friendly and capable of communication with humans, so be careful of what you say around them when they're young. They're like parrots the first few days, repeating most of what they heard during their youth.

Sub Species
Fwutters
Fwutters are the 'angelic' breed of Wabbit. They're very rare, and are smaller than they're earthbound cousins. They also grow at a slower rate, spending 9-15 days in the second stage. They can fly, but not too high because they still prefer being able to see the ground.

General
- Please don't beg for a pet. I will hand them out as I see fit.
- Please don't whine if you don't recieve one.
- Please understand that the staff have lives outside of gaia.
- Please do not insult or fight with anyone. It's not nice.
- Don't steal the art. That's a given! You should know stealing is wrong without reading the rules! It will result in a permanent ban from the shop.

Flatsales
- Never edit your posts.
- Don't try and discourage others from trying for the pet you want.
- Don't whine if you fail to get a pet. There's always next time.
- Please don't post before the GO post.
- Co-owning is allowed.
- Owners can try for other people.
- Trade must be sent within 24 hours.
- Please use the form provided.

Auctions
- Tally your bids.
- Only donation items/letters and rares are accepted other than pure gold.
- You can bid as many items/letters as you want.
- 95% of lowest buy price on tektek.org
- Co-bidding is allowed up to 2 people.
- You must have bid previously in an auction to bid in the last hour or have shown interest.
- There is a 10 minute snipe gaurd. Any new bids within the last 10 minutes of the auction will extend the auction an additional 5 minutes.

Event
- Winning a wabbit in an event requires a confirmation within 48 hours (or the pet goes to someone else.)
- Follow the rules in the event thread and don't cheat.
- If you fail to win, don't curse and/or whine. There will be other chances.

Roleplay
- Roleplay is not required.
- Don't godmode ever.
- Try to avoid fighting unless the other role player(s) agree.
- Keep it PG-13!

FAQs
Q : How many stages are there?
A : There are 3 stages: carrot, youth, and adult.

Q : How long between each stage?
A : The length of time between each stage depends on the type of wabbit. Normal wabbits from carrot to youth take 4-5 days, and youth to adult 7-9 days. More rare versions of wabbit take a longer period of time to grow.

Q : Are they roleplay required?
A : Role play isn't required, but I do encourage it.

Q : How many can I own?
A : You can own as many Wabbits as you like.

Q : Can I get a custom?
A : Customs are possible. Check the customs thread in the guild for information.

Q : Do I direct link?
A : Please direct link until the wabbit reaches adulthood in order to see it grow. Once it reaches adulthood please save to your own server.

Effect Items
Carrot Juice - A magical juice that can cause your Wabbit to grow at a much faster rate. It can only be used once. Price: 4k

Golden Dandelion - A lovely glowing flower that can revert your Wabbit to it's youth. It can only be used once though. Price: 4k

Spikey Thistle - A spikey thistle flower can stunt the growth of your Wabbit. It can only be used on young Wabbits, and can only be used once. Price: 4k

Sparkling Spring Water - [Number Available: 4] A bottle of magical spring water from the Wabbit realm. If given to a young Wabbit, it can cause interesting changes in color, size, or even give them wings! It can only be used once. Price: 15k

Wuvwuv Berry - This mystical berry is VERY rare. It enables a Wabbit of anytype to give birth to one additional baby when bred. There is a maximum use of two per breeding. We'll let you know if we find any.

Equipables
These new items can be given to adult Wabbits to wear! This isn't all of them, although it's all that have been found at the moment. All items can be bought seperately and come in any color!

Breeding Info
Q : Who can breed?
A :
Male - Female
This is the most conventional pairing for breeding. Babies from this breeding will inherit their parents' colorings and expressions.

Female - Female / Male - Male
It’s not impossible! Wabbits are magical creatures after all! Babies from breedings like this will inherit they’re parents colorings and markings, although there may be wild cards because nature is crazy.

Cosplay Wabbit
Cosplay Wabbits breed just the same as regular Wabbits and can breed through any of the ways up above. Babies from cosplay Wabbits may inherit cosplay features.

Fwutters/Wilties/Wittles and anything else we can throw at you
Wilties will be able to breed with the regular Wabbits, enabling more features for your babies.
Fwutters are not likely to breed with a regular Wabbit, or any other type of Wabbit for that matter. They’re a picky bunch, what can we say?
Wittles are just too small to breed with anything but other Wittles. ^^;

Mate for Life vs. Mate for Markings
Basically there are two ways for you to mate your Wabbits. You can mate them as a couple, as in WELOVEEACHOTHEROMGZ x3000, or you can mate them just to pass the markings around. If you want the Wabbit to mate for life however it CANNOT be bred just for markings at a later date. You can go from breeding for features to mate for life at anypoint.

Mate for lifers have to have roleplayed their Wabbits together. That's the only requirement. A list of these Wabbits will be kept in the guild.

Q : How many babies does a Wabbit have?
A : Between 2-3 for regular Wabbits, and between 1-3 for Fwutters.

Q : How much is breeding?
A : Breeding is 4k per Wabbit, 6k for a cosplay Wabbit. It's 5k per Fwutter (7k cosplay). This is the price PER PARENT WABBIT not per baby.

Q : What can we do with our babies?
A : You have several options:
You may only keep ONE baby out of a breeding. (One per ‘grandparent’ I supposed. XD)
You can give them away to friends.
You may choose to auction them or you can give them to the shop for a flat sale. If you do this, the shop get 75% of the profits, but you get the rest. We do this so you will not make breeding Wabbits a way of makin’ Moolah. Wabbits are people too! crying
You must decide what you want to do with your babies within a week! Babies who are here longer than that without any word from their parent's will be taken by the store. If you need a mediator about the babies, the store will be happy to step in. :3

Q : How often can my Wabbitt breed?
A : You may breed your Wabbit once every other month. That’s it. Give them a break yo! How ever, if it becomes a problem for those running the nursery shift (us) we WILL limit the number of times a Wabbit may breed. Not yet though.

Slots vs. Raffles
Slots- Basically slots will open around the middle of each month unless staffers are swamped off of Gaia. Fwutter slots will open randomly and unannounced, so you should watch those if you want to breed your Fwutter. Regular breeding costs apply.

Raffles- Occasionally there will be a breeding raffle. In a raffle, you may enter up to THREE pairings. That's three pairings per owner, not three pairings per Wabbit. Regular breeding rules and costs will apply, however you only PAY if you win. Okay?
