Starting With Your Base Maneki Neko

First of all, you need to purchase the base of the Maneki Neko. These come at a set price of 1,000g each. The Neko comes unadorned and without any sort of colours. For the beginning price, you can receive the Default Face and the Default Coin engraving.

Also, for no extra cost, you can choose the colour of the fur for your kitty. Here is a list of the possible Fur Colours you can choose from, as well as the basic frame for your Maneki Neko.







Remember, the kitty's fur will remain completely unadorned and shadow-less. If you want your Neko to have white fur, choose the WHITE option in your Order Form, otherwise you will not have any shadowing.

Choosing Your Lucky Coin Engraving

The Maneki Neko has a special Lucky Coin it holds close to it. Unless specified, your kitty will automatically come with the Default Coin engraving. To change the engraving of the coin will cost 30g . Here are the possible engravings you can have on your cat's Coin.







Don't forget, if you want your kitty personalised, write which coin design you would like in the Order Form!

Choosing Your Maneki Neko's Clothing

Completely optional, you can choose whether you Maneki Neko wears clothes, or it simply goes without. Either way, you can dress your kitty in sumptuous Kimono, cute yukata, or simply give them cute accessories.


The Coloured Yukata are a simple and cheap alternative to the expensive, lavish kimono. Made for Summer Festivals and Cherry Blossom picnics (Hanami), the Yukata is the picture of casualness, with a little edge of oriental style. Prices are set at 200g for a yukata, with your own choice of colours. They come complete with a matching-coloured obi and a small box-tie at the back.







More expensive, but simply gorgeous, are the Deluxe Kimono sets. Each one is made of the finest silks and linens. Coming in a choice of four, one for each of the sesons, these beautiful works of tailoring art are worth their hefty pricetag of 500g . They each come with a white Shitagi underrobe, a silk obi in a complementing colour, an obi tie, and an intricate ribbon-tie at its back.






Note: You can only choose for you Maneki Neko to wear EITHER the Yukata or the Deluxe Kimono. It is impossible for them to wear both, unless you want to suffocate them with heat. These Kimono may be beautiful, but they're heavy!



Just new from our store are the Oriental Sets! First come our adorable short-sleeved Cheongsam tops! Made of high-quality Chinese silks with gold binding and hand-stitched golden patterns, these will add a touch of oriental royalty to any outfit! The shorter shirts come in a variety of classic colours, all for a price of 350g each.





Or if you wanted to go for something a little cuter, why not try our long-sleeved Qipao shirts? Great for martial arts, or simply to look the part, these long shirts are just as fine as the shorter models. Also comes in a variety of colours, for 450g each.

T-SHIRTS

Only 200g , these lightweight T-shirts come in a range of bright colours and patterns, and are perfect for creating an outfit that is simple, yet at the same time funky and exciting.

Filling In Your Neko's STAT Details

Your Maneki Neko will come equipped with a small box on its side, just above its Bento box, with a few details inside. This is to completely personalise your kitty, as well as give it the personal information you wish.





Name: This is where you get to call your Maneki Neko anything you want. Give it a personalised name to make it your very own!
Date Of Birth: This will be established on the date that your kitty is created. For example, if the kitty is made on the 11th of June in 2006, its D.O.B will read 11.06.2006 .
Gender: You can choose whether your Maneki Neko is a little girl kitty or a little boy kitty!
Owner: This will be filled in as your Gaian username, unless otherwise requested.
Favourite Snack: What food does your Maneki Neko love most in the world? Fill it in here!
Favourite Toy: Does you Maneki Neko have a ball of string or a little felt mouse it loves? Wrote it in, too!



If you don't want the STAT Box to read a specific detail, leave the Order Form Detail empty, and it will not appear in the STAT Box final product.

The Maneki Neko Order Form

Ready to finally start ordering your Maneki Neko? This next step is as easy as pie! Simply fill in the Order Form below, and post it as a reply in the thread. Then a Trade will begin for the money, and be carried out in full. Please note, when you begin the trade for the kitties, please write in the title what page your order form is on. This is just to keep track, otherwise I'll end up with chaos! Once this is done and the trade finished, your Maneki Neko will then be delivered to you via PM.

The Ordering Process (in fancy pictures!)

If you leave an area blank in the order form, it will automatically be assumed that you do not want to purchase the item listed, so it will not be counted. So please be careful when filling in the order form!

Note: Maneki Neko will usually take about a day or two to be created, so please be patient! Thank you for your time!
