Welcome to the Summer Festival thread for the StarDust Facility.

Surrounding the Facility is a wonderfully vast and mysterious desert that is said to contain magic deep within, due to the fact that many bits of star dust are attracted to this area. No one can explain it, and even the scientist who lives in the main lab could never explain it.

Lately many things have happened, including the death and resurrection of the desert's very first dustling dragon, Vestakia. Her rebirth has returned the golden luster to the sands and the clear blue tinge to the sky. The desert is happy. And if the desert is happy, every creature, monster, and human in the desert will feel it.

The summer festival is being held to celebrate the desert, the summer, the sun and the people who made it all possible. <3

News:
7/23 ~ Slowly ending everything. Auction was won by Kagemi with 250k. Solstis won the coloring contest-- read page 302 if you participated.
7/22 ~ ~KiraKaguya~ won the species contest. ^_^
7/21 ~ Species contest over, coloring contest up, and the HB on the auction is still 40k! Oh, and a panda-colored raffle is now up. ^ ^
7/20 ~ Flatsales are officially over, expect tags Friday night. Last night was just insane.
7/19 ~ Merdustling twin auction and RP Contest 1 are both over. FS today after work... and... check the schedule. :3 forever_broken292 won the first RP contest. CONGRATS WINNERS OF THE FS!!!
7/18 ~ Sorry... gotta reschedule the FS to Wednesday at around 6:30pm EST. Sorrryyy~!!! Love you all.

Mmm, RP sales. An RP prompt will be issued, and whoever gives the best response in my opinion will win the right to purchase a dustling. No speed involved, just talent. ^_^

-One entry per person.
-All entries must be PM'd to The Roronoa Zoro! He's my mule in the avatar arena.
-Type in third person, paragraph format.. like normal RP.
-Good grammar and spelling is a plus!

With the fresh new feeling in the desert air, the desert birds have returned. They disappeared for a while, save for the ones that are already owned by dustlings, but now they are back... and they seem... different?

Throughout the festival, people can earn Festival tokens, or FT. At the end of the festival, you can trade these in for faaaabulous prizes!

FT are earned through contests, raffles, being enthusiastic, RP'ing, etc.

Professor Feline looks a bit drunk as you mosey on up to the prize tent. It appears she's been partying hard the... entire week.
