Please feel free to come in and look around and chat with the staff, owners and Anthros.

Please note that these ARE YAOI/SHOUNEN-AI pets. Meaning male/male relationships.

At first glance at the adoption agency from that outside, you wouldn?t think it was as big as it really was. Once inside of the agency, if you look to the left side of the main room you?ll find a large football field size aquarium filled with countless types of tropical fish and plants. The aquarium leads out to a medium size pool. On the right side of the room is a dining area. There are six large tables that stay packed with different types of food. Next to the food tables is a large door that leads to a kitchen. In the middle of the room is a large seating area. There are five large couches and many different chairs placed throughout the area. Opposite of the entrance is a large counter behind it is a door that leads to the back rooms.

Anthropomorphs was orginally created by Malice Dreams on Nove 11th 2004, under the name "Teh Yaoi". On Nov. 17th AyaCamui took the over the title of owner of the shop and the name changed to "Anthropomorphs".

With the first Creation came the stars, moons, and planets. Each was composed of and brought to "life" by a set of elements. In the beginning, the universe itself contained such elements as Chaos and Life. This world was made up of Earth (or Metal), Wind, Fire, Water... Each had its own properties that made it want to interact with the others -- by mixing or conflicting with them It gave rise to still more elements - Electricity, Light, Dark, Spirit, and so on.

With the coming of living things in this world came spirits with the ability to control different elements. These guardians of the elements had a special form that seemed to be a mixture of those living things around them. They were often anthropomorphic creatures, taking on the form of something halfway between animal and human. They lived in relative harmony with the animals and plants around them, since they were like forces of Nature itself, though it is only natural for living things to conflict. But as time passed, the world came into control of one species over the others: humans. And in the presence of humans, it became necessary for the Anthropomorphs to blend in, or they would be ridiculed, persecuted, and even hunted, just because they were different.

In the history of man, enough time passed that the presence of Anthropomorphs faded from memory to become a myth. Guardians of the elements continued to live amongst all living things, including the humans, but even they began to forget their beginnings. They went on with their lives like anyone else does, rearing the new generations by passing on their instincts and ever-fading knowledge. And to this day, most simply strive to fit in, holding in that wonderful yet dangerous secret - that they are not human, but spirits caught between humanity and nature.

Flatsales are held once a month on either the last Fri or Sat of the month. Sales will normally start at 8pm EST <5pm PST>. They are also held in another thread, so orders can be found easier.

Next Flatsale: September 30th@ 8pm EST

1. FLATSALES DO NOT START TILL EITHER AYA, or someone on the Anthropomorph account post "Go" in big, bold, red letters.
2. FSs are first come first serve. WE WILL NOT reserve any Anthros.
3. No whining if you don't get the one you want.
4. No guilt trips
5. Send ALL FS trades to Anthropomorph
6. You may only buy 1 Anthro per hour for your self and one Anthro for Another. Meaning you may purchase up to 2 every hour, but only one can be for yourself.
7. There will be NO POSTING in the flatsale thread until 20mins before the sale. Aya will post in the thread letting you know when it is ok to start talking there, until then all talk should be kept in the shop.
8. The flatsales will be held during the last week of each month and will alternate between the last Wednesday and the last Sat. of the month.
9. Every two months there will be a newbie flatsale. Newbies are those that own 3 or less anthros.

1. BE CREATIVE! It will be very, very rare for Aya to ask for a special theme be done. So just have fun.
2. Keep your section of the FCL updated. And make sure to check to see if anyone else has claimed that character, and also check the CCL to make sure it has not been done yet. Also remember you may only have 20 characters in your FCL section.
3. YOU MAY NOT use for normal anthros the combination of one demon and one angelic wing. These are reserved ONLY for Pack Leaders.
4. You may create your own lineart, many colorist have and do, do so.
5. Colorist may only color (meaning they themselves color) a max of 2 anthro for themselves per month to be fair to everyone.
