The waiting list is a simple thing, a list where people wait.
When you order an edit, complete with reference I will put you on the waiting list and you can initiate the trade.
Alternitavely you may reserve a space if you do not have the gold to initiate the trade, as I dislike starting work before a trade has been initiated. To reserve a space on the waiting list is the same as ordering *except* You must state in your post that you wish to reserve rather than order. Write "Reserve space" somewhere in your post and I will be happy to put you onto the list until you can pay.
The secondary list is used when the waiting list is either full or a person has reserved a space and not gathered the money in 10days. If you have the money in 11days or more you can then be shifted back up onto the waiting list, which could mean quite some waiting to do be done, but it is the easiest way for me to work things.
