1.) No cheating! No mules to buy tickets.
2.) No spamming and/or flamming.
3.) No page-stretching
4.) You may advertise if, and ONLY if, you PM me and ask.
5.) Come and stay, bump, and most of all, have fun!
6.) We'll use Radom number post to determine the winning numbers.
7.) When you are sending money for tickets, label it "Lotto"
8.) Once the trades are complete, you cannot quit the lotto. I'm sorry.

Ways to get on the Blacklist

1.) Don't follow my rules!
2.) Making fun of other people who have done nothing to you!
3.) Cheating. I do not like cheaters, they throw people off!

If I catch you doing any of these, then on the Blacklist you go!

Now, if anyone on the blacklist comes in, then feel free to ask them to leave!
Also, if you see anyone doing any of these things, then PM me and tell me! Be sure to specify what page they did it on.

1st: jessakachi4 -300 bumps
2nd: singing potato -205 bumps
3rd: PYR0 25067-202 bumps

There is only one prize for the top bumper, but if you come in 2nd or 3rd, and I like you, then you may get something too.

You MUST number your bumps! It will be hard to keep track if you don't! I'm also sorry to say, if you don't, we won't count your bumps.
