Can you please give me suggestions and ratings for this avatar?

The collar is a very light blue/white.
Which doesn't match the rest.
If you add any more of that color to your avatar,
it would look very off.
So my best suggestion is to not to have it at all.
Maybe hold the card up?
Puts a little more focus on it.
Other then that, it's looks good.
The eye/white dot on the hat is a little too bright.
but you can't help that, & it looks good on the avi.
