*~*Daine and Soren's Wedding Quest *~*

On the third of October, Soren asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes. We have been dating a while in RL and yes, we do know eachother. We're on Gaia together and thought it would be fun to hold a wedding here.

We have not set a date, but we will soon. And we'll put it up on here as soon as we have a chance.

But obviously, for a wedding we're going to need a number of things. So we're starting a quest in the hopes that maybe some kind Gaians will feel generous to a young couple. Or that we can at least spark some interesting conversation while we raise gold.

Daine and I both need outfits, but we also need a number of other items and such to hold our wedding. Here is located our great quest.

Firstly, Daine's wedding outfit:

To keep this topic up, Daine and I have decided to hold a bump contest. The two of us can't keep a constant watch on this topic. Anyone who would be interested in helping police the topic and keep it up, please PM Daine or myself.

THE RULES:
1. ONLY 1 bump per post.
2. Number your bumps in chronological order. If we see you skipping bumps, you will be disqualified. And you cannot reenter the contest.
3. PM Daine or myself updates on your bump counts. We will update the counts ONLY AFTER you PM us what number you left off on. This means if you PM us at 100 bumps and you have bumped to 1,000, the bump counter will still read 100.
4. No prizes will be awarded for under 50 bumps.

Prizes:
The top bumper will receive 10% of our donations. No donations, no prizes.
The second highest bumper will receive 5% of our donations.
The third highest bumper will receive a random prize of Daine's and my choosing. It will probably be something from our inventories we don't want/need.

Since Soren and I are getting married, we are looking for artwork to commemorate this special occassion. Avi Edits, drawings, anything you can come up with is greatly appreciated and will be displayed on this site.

We are looking for anything from what our avis are wearing now, to actual wedding dresses, to our wedding costumes.

We are also looking to commission a few pieces of art if we don't receive any. PM me if you want to negotiate prices.

THE CONTEST:
Soren and I are holding an art contest.
We will judge all the pieces that come in and will give out prizes according to the best art in each of the different categories: Avi Edits, Wedding Edits, Wedding Costume Edits.
The artwork prizes will be based off of donations.
Each winner will receive 5% of all donations.

Any charities that have been kind enough to donate to us, we'll add either your banner and a link here or just your name...let us know! Daine also wants to keep a list since when the quests have been finished she wants to send out thank yous to all charities who helped...so donations will come sometime after the wedding.
Anyone who wants to help out the kind charities of Gaia who helped us, instead of giving US a wedding present, you can give a small donation to these charities. Not that we wouldn't like wedding presents, but in case you are more comfortable with this, we wanted to give you this option.
