Rules for starting a loan:
1. Must have an account.
2. Must have a deposit in your account.
3. Must have an item you will trade for collateral.
Collateral: Item that will be kept until your loan is payed back in full.
4. Must pay back in full plus interest if needed.

1. The only real difference that you can make (that a user couldn't make on their own) would be if your interest was in high increments. Users now can earn a steady amount of 1-10 gold per minute or so just by browsing. Are you planning on paying interest out of your own pocket?

Yes. That's the point of my bank. Since I'm on everyday, I make a lot of gold. So yes, in a way, the money does come from my own pocket and into yours.

2. What happens if you decide to buy something from the store, or a donation letter? Would the money be yours or a "customer"'s and how could you prove it?

This would not happen. I never EVER by anything for myself. Plain and simple. All of my clothes were gifts.
