AUTUMN AUCTION TIME
-a story of a pumpkin patch-

sooo, I just finished coloring the pumpkin treebaby lineart and I figured I shouldn't let it go to waste.
SInce it's the season, I decided I will hold an auction for these two lovely fellows:

As a bonus, when they grow I will offer to draw a face on the pumpkin
based on a one word emotion you give me. Hopefully they will grow to
adults by halloween.

You might have forgotten, but treebabies are a blank canvas
and you can design their colors (which is why they are white now)

RULES:

Starts:now 9/30/09
Ends: 10/7(wednesday) @ 8PM PST

- SB = 5k
- Min. bid increment = 1k
- AB = none

-THE TOP TWO BIDS WILL EACH WIN A TREEBABY
(scenario: the hb is 50k, someone bids 80k. So do you have to bid 81k or 51k? Either. As long as your bid is higher than the second highest bid then it's ok.)

-Pure Gold and EIs are accepted. Old EIs = Average Buy Price on mp
Current EIs= 20k x $ value. (ex: 10$ x 20k = 200000g ta da!!)

-No retracting bids.
-No discouraging or encouraging other bidders.
-Co-bidding/owning is allowed up to two people.
-No stealing art of course
-Anti-snipe rule: Auction will extend 15 min. for every bid made 10 min. before the ending time.

FLATSALE RULES
Each flatsate treebaby will cost 15k.
Once I post go you can post in the thread the number, color, or type of treebaby you want. It will vary depending on the treebabies available.
If you're the first to ask for the treebaby you've specified send the trade and a pm to me with the following information:
1.- the name of your treebabby
2.- color and/or design you want for the body. If you are so inclined you can leave this up to me.

Always direct link to the treebaby until it reaches it's final stage. Then you can save it to your own server.

-TreeBabies have three stages and will grow very very slowly as trees usually do. You can't fight nature....really.
RP is not needed to help your treebaby grow, of course it's not discouraged either. I love seeing the treebabies frolic.

FOURTH STAGE TREEBABIES

Yes! A secret secret stage!
But NO! Not every treebaby will grow to this stage. Some just don't have the motivation (or fertilizer) needed to make it. But do we love them any less? Of course not!! What kind of business do you think I run!?

Each treebaby that grows into the next stage will be completely original! You will have no control over what they will look like. And seeing as drawing them is for my own personal amusement, fourth stage treebabies will not be required to be RP'd. Once again, feel free to RP them if you'd like too.

HOW TO GET A FOURTH STAGE TREEBABY

Fourth stage treebaies can only be obtained through special events.
Events will be announced on the thread.

There are two ways for a treebaby to grow to the fourth stage.
-The first is for a three stage treebaby to be updated to the next level.
(This option is obviously for people who already own treebabies.)
-The second is to get a treebaby that has four stages automatically
Both of these options will be offered through events like stated above.

Do treebabies have genders?
- Why, that is information I leave up to the treebabies themselves. If you think of it as a he, call it a he! If you think of it as a she, go ahead and call it a she...I don't care.

Can they breed?
- As once stated by a treebaby fan "babies having babies?!" Yes...ew. Lets leave it at that.

How many treebabies can I own?
-hmmm...I'll say you are not allowed to own more than four. And you can only have one treebaby in the fourth stage. If it comes to the point where you already have five but just need to buy a new one, I'm sure we could work something out where I could put one back up for sale. But how sad would that be!?

Can I reserve a treebaby before a flatsale occurs?
- I really try to avoid that. -_-

Can I order a custom treebaby?
- No! All treebabies come in different sets, with brand new line-art for each. It's troublesome to create new species of treebabies just for one person.
Buut...There are ways to bribe me. What are these ways? Minis or a lionfish mask. +_+

Are you accepting pet trades?
- I'm sorry but I'm currently not in the market for any pets. I create..not consume -_-
