[NPC] Rufus the Cat
- *yawnstretch* Hello, my favorite Gaians! I was hoping that you all could lend me a paw...er, hand with something. I need to solve a little mystery! I'll start from the beginning…
Ok, so there I was, waking up from my second mid-morning nap, and I noticed that it was suspiciously quiet and Ian was nowhere to be found. Right in the middle of the work day, I might add! Sure, I was sleeping, but I'm a cat. What's his excuse? Anyway, I looked aaall over Barton Boutique for him but he was nowhere to be found. Something told me to peek outside and sure enough there he was, by a tree, acting squirrely! But cats are sneakier than squirrels! I lurked around in the bushes trying to get a better look at whatever weird thing he was doing. So I waited for him to leave and crept over to the spot where he had been standing. I looked and there it was! Ian had carved something into the trunk of the tree! But...I still don't know what it says!
It's too high up! You may have noticed that there is quite a bit of a height difference between Ian and I (please don't make fun of my box!!!!) and I was NOT about to get myself into one of those "cat stuck in a tree" situations! So I thought maybe YOU could help me!
So, could you tell me what exactly Ian carved into that tree?

How do I enter?
Save the Manga Page and fill in the blank spot in the last panel! Digitally draw/write, or even print it out and grab your favorite markers! When you finish it, submit it using the entry form HERE.
You will be redirected to an offsite form that asks for your username and a link to your entry.
You may also post your entry in this thread! But you MUST submit your entry using the form found at the link above.

gaia_angelleft Only 1 (one) entry per person.
gaia_angelleft You may not alter the Manga Page except for drawing/writing in the blank spot in the last panel. This means that you may not color in the Manga Page.
gaia_angelleft You may not color your submission, all entries must be in Black & White - this contest is about imagining what Ian carved in the tree.
gaia_angelleft Your entry must not contain any sexually explicit, profane, disparaging, libelous or other inappropriate content, or content that is abusive towards any individual on or off of Gaia.
How will winners be selected?
All entries will be compiled in a thread. When submissions are closed, Gaians will vote for their favorite entry!
