Brady tucked his hands into his back pockets before Isaiah opened the door. "I'm good, man." He answered as he stepped into the familiar house. He placed his board by the door and looked around. It was spotless, as usual. "So, no parents huh? We can really have fun tonight, then." Brady smiled. It was true, whenever Isaiah's and Belle's parents were home things just seemed so stiff. He heard Belle's voice greet him from the stairs. "Hello, ma'am." He replied. Being friends with Isaiah it was only natural that he knew Belle well also as the twins were so close, as twins often are. She came down the stairs on her phone and saw that the two of them were even wearing similar clothes, he snickered a bit to himself. He heard Belle announce that Makayla was coming over as well. It would be fun to get the whole group from the block together again.

Isaiah asked Brady what kind of movie they wanted to watch. Brady pondered it as Belle insisted on something else. "What? You don't want to watch a scary movie? Are you too chicken? He teased. He smiled to himself as the twins bickered. They had always been like this, it was kind of hilarious sometimes how they would argue over the smallest things."Any kind of movie is cool with me. We should watch as many as we can." Brady suggested. He wanted to stay away from home as long as he could. He hated hearing his dads argue. They had always been a happy family, but now everything just felt awkward. Everyone felt more like a guest in their own home and it was slowly draining Brady.

Short Bio: Gilbert was born into a family on a small, but prosperous farm. He had to only one younger brother, Ralf. The two were very close and would always play in the woods beyond their farm, against their mother's warnings. One day Gilbert and his brother were playing hide and seek when a hunter mistook his brother for a deer and his brother died from an arrow wound. After that, Gilbert began to hide his pain with happiness. One day, a few years after the death of his brother, Gilbert was resting in a field, looking up at the sky when a dragon flew overhead. This launched his fascination with dragons and the desire to be a dragon rider. He worked hard and made his way to the top of his class, determined that nothing would happen to prevent him from achieving his goal.
Personality: Gilbert has a very happy-go-lucky type of personality. He does not let anything get him down. He used jokes and happiness to hide the pain of losing his brother. He carried this on with him as he grew up. He tends to make a fool of himself at the expense of other's laughter. Despite his very laid-back attributes, Gilbert is very clever. Though it is not always is obvious, he tends to pay attention to everything around him and is always glad to learn something new. He is a very eager person, loving to do new things and experience new places and people.
Thoughts on the adventure ahead: Gilbert is looking forward to the journey. He honestly was surprised that he was selected, as there were surely more qualified people. However, he is very excited to help the dragon riders and hopes to find his own dragon on this journey.
One Last Thing: Though Gilbert is very happy around others, he is secretly a very sad individual.
