X ▬ ♔ x ) x charlie was born in los angeles as the youngest of three daughters to callum and silvia lacroix. her father runs a rather successful, multimillion dollar and international real estate agency, reaching across nearly every continent, while her mother owns a well-known fashion magazine. she has two older sisters, willa and jade that are both on their way to inheriting their parent's corporations and legacies. the family moved to new york just three years after charlie was born.

X ▬ ♔ x ) x due to her parent's extraordinary busy schedule filled with constant travel, charlie often found herself staying at her cousin, maver's home. even with the constant catholic influence, none of the morals and teachings really stuck with her in the years to come. needless to say that despite their differences in lifestyle, the two grew incredibly close. even if charlie will not step foot near a gym or partake in any of his exercise routines.
OO3. X ▬ ♔ x ) x started getting into the modeling business in her early teens under her mother's guidance and magazine. she had always enjoyed dressing herself up in various clothes for fun as a child and decided to try out the real deal. she was a natural and never had to put much effort into it, an aspect she enjoyed. now she simply models when she feels like it, not bounding herself to a strict schedule. with her mother pulling the strings with the magazine, such a choice wasn't difficult to follow through with.

X ▬ ♔ x ) x over the years, charlie developed a rather easy going and open-minded disposition towards life and the people around her. she takes things at her own pace and doesn't care too much for the trivial opinions of others and isn't very judgmental at all. naturally, she doesn't encounter stress very often and doesn't waste her time holding petty grudges against others. rather, she's pretty upfront and blunt with people, but is fully capable of knowing when to keep her mouth shut. occasionally she's fairly tomboyish, but is more able to act in a more feminine manner. she's usually very witty and good-humored when she converses with others. though, this happy-go-lucky lifestyle has elevated to the point that almost anything physically draining is something she avoids and sleep has become a brother, napping becoming one of her favorite activities. the total amount of hours of sleep she receives is almost a bit absurd.

X ▬ ♔ x ) x socially shameless, charlie often defies public modesty through several habitual mannerisms including swearing, walking about barefoot or without pants (revealing a lot of skin in general), getting physical and handsy with just about anyone, etc. she's very carefree in the way that she simply does what she wants, when she wants. despite the fact that parties aren't generally her favorite place to be, she often finds herself consuming a relatively large quantity of alcohol at such events. she isn't one to sleep around too often, but she does get some good lays in, occasionally.

X ▬ ♔ x ) x while she loathes most physical activity, charlie is quite fond of talking walks and wandering about the city of new york. she has a soft spot for tasty food and is often quite gluttonous with her eating habits. charlie enjoys listening to jazz music, consuming delectable teas and frappuccinos, meeting and speaking with interesting people, watching classic films, reading newspapers, etc. she has a fairly well developed fashion sense after her years of modeling, but still prefers comfy lounge clothes over anything else. she occasionally dyes her hair a very natural looking blonde color just to change things up every once in a while, just because she can and has the money to do so. her father also bought her a private penthouse for living space, so she dwells there by herself.

HARPER JANG✩ 」 xx a very likable guy, harper has become good friends with charlie. even going as far as to tutor her in subjects that she does poorly in. the two of them have a playful friendship and somehow managed to involve themselves in promoting school spirit and various shenanigans.
JAMIE LEE FUNK✩ 」 xx due to their very similar personality types, charlie and jaime get along extremely well. while their overall interests may not coincide it doesn't stop them from simply chilling out in charlie's apartment, watching movies, and being the lazy bums that they are. his carefree nature is one that charlie truly enjoys.
TORU OKADA✩ 」 xx the two of them combined make a troublesome duo at any party serving quantities of alcohol. they usually hang during the teenage festivities and have a good time, getting hammered and following through with other ridiculous shenanigans. he occasionally crashes at her apartment after a night of partying. they get along fairly well.
KAI NAM✩ 」 xx being the very peculiar fellow that he is, charlie couldn't help but to be curious about kai. while they had barely just met each other, charlie would bombard him with questions, eager to find out more about him. now a days the two of them engage in lovely conversations and occasionally bond over some tea.
DANI ASTOR✩ 」 xx usually getting dragged along by dani to various parties, charlie has grown quite fond of the young partier. they usually wreck havoc wherever they go. and when charlie's far too tired to comply with dani's endless party demands the two of them just hang out at her penthouse and talk about whatever or even watch a few movies. despite their close friendship, charlie often finds herself getting a little (very miniscule) jealous of her and her relationship with cormac, even though she'll never show it. she doesn't feel much remorse or regret when she sleeps with him, even though she's well aware that she does the same.
HONEY CHEONG✩ 」 xx although the two of them have only recently met, charlie is quite fond of honey's friendly nature. while they're still in the acquaintances stage of their friendship, charlie really appreciates the fact that she occasionally brings over some food to her penthouse or cooks food for her. she hopes to become close friends with her in the near future.
CORMAC DAVIS✩ 」 xx now best friends, charlie and cormac met a few years back and were close pals ever since. the duo maintains a healthy "friends with benefits" relationship which doesn't botch up their actual tight knit friendship. they have both frequented each other's dwellings on numerous occasions and charlie likes to cheer him on at his football games, even if sports aren't really her thing. despite cormac's promiscuous tendencies charlie whole heartedly accepts his personality as well as his sexuality that he revealed to her not too far back and has even developed a deep crush on the quarter back. there's just something about him that charlie can't seem to let go of. the fact that they could maintain such a balanced friendship in the first place was all the more attracting to her. she hasn't told him about it due to the fact that it will inevitably cause rifts in their friendship and that's something she's trying very hard to avoid. she really enjoys their time together and all the trouble they get themselves into, not to mention the steamy sex they have.
BEN KIM✩ 」 xx now a frequent visitor and customer of Dose, charlie constantly runs into ben and has grown very fond of him. the two of them are now good friends and charlie truly enjoys all the scrumptious drinks that he can make. she occasionally brings a few of her jazz CDs to the cafe to vary up the tunes being played. she really enjoys his friendly disposition and good company. charlie knows she can always go to him for a nice chat.
KALE KARAM✩ 」 xx while they haven't known each other for very long, kale and charlie have a good friendship between them. although curious, charlie chooses not to pry in regards to his past and such. they've gotten quite friendly with each other and kale still attempts to convince her to get some exercise, whether it be by walking dogs or dancing under the influence of alcohol.
ARDEN KIM✩ 」 xx more or less acquaintances for the most part, charlie admires arden for her strong will and independent nature. although she is occasionally intimidated by her more vicious tendencies and sometimes overly opinionated speech, she is still curious to get to know the girl. they occasionally see each other when charlie visits Dose and she tries to be friendly and start up a few conversations.
