So WHO is the Librarian?
That would be this man.
He's shown up in past CI's; his debut being the Lost Chapter!
He also showed up in the Love Charm 3 as an NPC you can woo~!
He was created by Fayren Pickpocket, a former artist of Gaia who also created the one & only Monsieur Loyal, the ringmaster who has a mailing problem & runs the Bazaar.
As you can see this guy is REALLY dapper & has something that some NPCs don't have...
A unique color scheme.

So here is what I'm suggesting.
Let's get more of this guy.
He's an interesting character & really should be more integrated into the site via items & his color scheme.
Maybe even a feature such as being the one who chronicles the Manga!
I know Gaians have made it prevalent to artists that there needs to be more of a certain NPC & color schemes.
So I'm asking for help in the form of spreading the word & recolor mocks.
Yes I agree.I tried going to this color scheme a while back untill I fell in love with Twilight color scheme. Wait doesn't some of Zodical (Capricorn)poses follow the scheme or no? Anywho still need more of this color scheme either way
