which means if you have a color other than black for your username you are considered a mod, therefor drawable ;p (ex: Forum Assistants, admin leads, admins, etc)
NOTE: It has come to my attention that there are a number of people that were mods up until very recently, and because I think the timing of you no longer being mods royally stinks, for anyone that this applies to, if verified by another mod, you are also eligible to be added to the mods-to-draw-list heart
