As for the cute animals that greeted you as you came through our gates they are the Zoo's mascots and will cause you no harm.

Here at the Zoo our staff members strive to bring you new animal's from around the world, that range from many different believes in what is real, seen or only heard of to trustworthy companions. March 29, 2011 » Due to some confusion, we have added a new rule regarding the order forms, since hardly anyone wanted to read the instructions for the forms we are now making it mandatory for customers to fallow those instructions from today forward.
March 21, 2011 » Sorry everyone for the wait, we are now fully open once again and the revamp is over with. Thank you for being patient with us while we worked on the shop. The new animal's for this month should be showing up sometime this week.
March 17, 2011 » Added a new limited for March, the Leprechaun. We will also be added another freebie and another tip animal themed around St Patrick's Day. Sorry for the delay everyone.
March 15, 2011 » Okay we lied.. this revamp is kicking crevan2008's butt and taking longer then we thought it would since there were things we have found out were not correct while we are going through everything. We are sorry for the longer wait everyone but we will reopen this month. The unlimited and limited section as been fully revamped. Add 2 new limited's the White and Black Heartface foxes.
March 7, 2011 » The Revamp is half way done. So only a few more post and things to change up before we are fully open. Added 4 new animations, the Jiggywig, Soldier, Booty and Lunaria. Add a new freebie.
March 4, 2011 » The Zoo is under going a full front page revamp. Hopefully this revamp will make things less confusing while looking over our shop.
December 13, 2010 » Shop put on a hiatus do to some complications with computers, health and school for both staff members. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may of cause our customers. We hope you will understand and still support us even those this break may last a few months.
September 20, 2010 » The Arctic Wonderland animal's have finally arrived into their Exhibit. They had such a long trip from their home land to us but we are happy they finally arrived. Along with the arctic wonderland animal's we have a new tip animal which is a Cat and a another animal as found it's way out of it's Exhibit.. Go and catch it.
September 18, 2010 » Just updated the Order Forms, hopefully the update proves less confusing. We would like to thank everyone who stopped on by to wish us good wills and/or have ordered from us during our Grand Opening. We are still learning daily on what we can improve on so any thoughtful tips or idea's are grateful. The Wild Star Freebie was caught a great deal of times during it's time out and this as entered it's Retirement. The Tip Dog will be entering it's Retirement also. As for the Grand Opening Limited Animal's those are still available until each animal finds 15 homes and then they will be gone for ever.

"Attention! Before I continue on with our tour there are some rules you must following while you are within the Zoo. Read them carefully and thoroughly. Failure to do so may result in you being kicked out of the zoo!"

Rule's
Subject to change :: » These rules are not permanent, so make sure you keep yourself updated.
〖✖〗 Follow Gaia's Terms of Services and the Minishop Regulations along side our thread Rules.
〖✖〗 No stealing/editing/redistributing/copying any of our work. Art thief's will be dealt with accordingly and will be servilely punished.
〖✖〗 Read everything on the front page. This shop is setup to be like a Tour so there are helpful hints and extra information in each section.
〖✖〗 No refunds/exchanging. It takes time to make these animals and do their animation if you so wish to have it animated, so please make sure that what you are ordering is what you want. However customs are a different story, we provide you with a "work in progress" image. So if it's not our mistake then we will not fix it.
〖✖〗 Do not send orders through a private message, we will decline all orders sent to our inbox.
〖✖〗 Make sure you are able to receive your orders through your inbox, we do not post pick ups in the thread or in your comment box. This is your First and Only warning about this matter, we can not deal with tracking you down so we can deliver you your order.
〖✖〗 Do be patient with us. We are full time college students with busy schedule's on and off of gaia. It will take time to get you your order, but we will try to do it in an orderly fashion.
〖✖〗 Do not Quote the front page at all. If we need to add or remove anything we can, however we will make sure our customers are informed of the change.

〖✖〗 When using the order form's, Do pay attention to the instruction's found above the form. We have let this slide since it was not a rule, but now it's become a problem. Any and all order forms that do not fallow the instructions will not be accepted. [Rule added: 3/29/2011]
〖✖〗 Do send a titled trade right after ordering. All trades must be titled with the Page number and Grand Total of your order. If your trade does not have the correct Trade Title we will not fulfill your order.
〖✖〗 Do send the correct amount when ordering. We are not your mother's, teacher's or your personal calculator's and we should not have to check your math, but this doesn't mean we don't check it.
〖✖〗 Do not direct link the animal's. We will deleted the animal's off the shops photobucket account every month to save bandwidth. So save to your own server. If you loose your animal because of this we am not obligated to provide you with another one. You have been forewarned.
〖✖〗 Do not advertise yours or someone else shop in this thread. Link trades may be asked by either thread trades or private message trades. If you are having a conversation and it comes up, you may link to the other shop. But please no salesman/woman advertising. We will not tolerate this.
〖✖〗 Do not edit your order post. We don't care if you edit your normal talking post but if we see that you have edited your order post we will kindly ask you to leave this thread.

How to Order
〖✖〗 Look around the shop to see if there is anything you wish to buy.
〖✖〗 Ask all question's first before continuing. If you have no question's then please skip this step.
〖✖〗 Once you have all question's asked or have found what you are wanting, then please fill out the correct order form. If you are ordering more then one animal we would prefer for you to have all order forms in one post but it is understandable if you want to spread them out. Make sure the order form(s) are fill out correctly. Incorrect order forms will be denied.
〖✖〗 Once you have placed your order, Send the required trade with the correct titled and amount of gold to the Mule.
〖✖〗 We will then look over your order. If your order is okay and in the clear we will quote you confirming confirmation on your order and counter the trade once.
〖✖〗 You will then "OK" your side of the trade and wait patiently for us to finish your order.
〖✖〗 Once your order is Finished we will fully accept the trade and send you your order through a private message from the mule.
〖✖〗 You will then Save Your Order to your own computer and upload it to your own hosting server.

There seems to be quite a few of these animals running around so please try not to make any loud noises, sudden movements or provoke the animal with any violence because this may cause harm to you or it may scare the animal away."

These animals are available all the time for viewing pleasure as well as purchasing reasons, since there are so many of them. Now don’t worry none have escaped out of their habitat’s that We know of. So please fill free to look around but remember refrain from feeding, touching, throwing item’s, making loud noises or starring directly at these animal’s."

"Welcome to "Now you see them... Now you don't". Within this exhibit you will find a range of different animals that are myths or have long been gone from our world. These animals are available for a limited time only, be it for viewing pleasure or purchasing reasons. Since We only have these animals for a limited time, there will only be 10 available before a purchase price increase. So please fill free to look around but remember refrain from feeding, touching, throwing item’s, making loud noises or starring directly at these animal’s."

Only 10 of each animal are available before being retired. Once an animal is retired their price doubles in cost.

Dye Job
Custom dye job's cost 3,000 (3k) gold each.
Dye job's maybe preformed on all animal's beside's Custom's and Current Freebie's.
A Custom dye job is a recolor of an animal that is offered within this shop.
The cost cover's the base animal free.

Transformation Chamber
Custom transformation's cost 8,000 (8k) gold each.
Transformation's are custom animal's that resemble another animal, be it a persona or some fantasy animal.
Custom Transformation are to not be used for human customs or anthro customs.

Is That A Person?
Custom Human/Anthro's at a minimum cost 30,000 (30k) gold.
Item's that are excluded; Backgrounds, companions, shoe's, gloves, cluttered, odd or too complected skin's and patterns,
multi-limbs, some mouth types, larger animal bases, Mecha/ Machines.. ect..
Upon custom request we may exclude some more item's. So checking with us before hand is a smart choice.
We refer to Anthro's has animal's that wear clothing and/or as human's with animal feature's.
however keep in mind, the closes thing you will get to a snout or mussel is like that of the Dober, Mochi or Tiger animal's anything more defined will not be done.

"Welcome everyone to the enrichment program. Within this area is where some animals get their daily exercise and fitness. Now it’s very important for you to pay attention because you might want your animal to do something other than sitting there and being still."

The Enrichment Program
Enrichment's Can be added to Unlimited's and Custom's only since all other animal's come with their own enrichment's.
Enrichment's from Group A are compatible with all other enrichments. All other enrichment's are not compatible with one another.
Group A.
Enrichments within this Group cost 500 gold each.
Group B.
Enrichments within this Group cost 1,500 (1.5k) gold each.
Group C.
Enrichment's within this Group Cost 2,500 (2.5k) gold each.

〖Question〗 Why did you call the shop "The Animal Zoo"?
〖Answer〗 Well that's because we are mainly offering animal's, so we thought it would be a better and funner shop if we named it something that fits what we sell.

〖Question〗 But weren't these used for another shop?
〖Answer〗 Kinda, if any of you remember the "UnNamed Chibi's" we kinda used the same pets. UnNamed Chibi's had bouncing bodies and the shop was poorly thought out so it became to hard to handle with our busy schedule so it closed down.

〖Question〗 Did you steal them from that shop?
〖Answer〗 No we did not steal the pet's from UnNamed Chibi's in fact, Crevan was the one who ran that shop, and used this Mule account for that shop.

〖Question〗 Ohh so Crevan made all of these animals?
〖Answer〗 As for the main base of the animal's yes, however given each staff member can edit the lineart it would be a problem to list out who colored what, who did what edits and so on and so forth. So Crevan decided to share equal claim over the work with her partner. So harm done there.

〖Question〗 Ohh okay cool. So can I have one for Free?
〖Answer〗 We have freebies from time to time, which you can find under their own Section.

〖Question〗 Why do you have a whole post for your Freebies?
〖Answer〗 We decided to place our freebie's within their own post to better help those who would like one and to make sure they are not missed. Past freebies however get moved to the Retirement Center section of the shop since one must then pay for a past freebie if they wish to obtain it.

〖Question〗 But what if I'm your friend, can I have one for free then?
〖Answer〗 Only our close friends may get things from time to time, depending on what they are wanting. So No just because you are friends with us does not guarantee that you will get things for free.

〖Question〗 If I buy everything, do I get something Special?
〖Answer〗 As of right now the answer is No, but in the near future there will be a Discount Card given with an unknown amount to those who happen to buy every animal.

〖Question〗 So when will you guys get more animal's in here?
〖Answer〗 We will try to add new animal's at least once a month. As for what day they will be added, we don't have a day picked out since we update each time the staff member's find at least five new animals.

〖Question〗 I think I saw someone with some of your animal's and I haven't seen them in this shop, What do I do?
〖Answer〗 First off please do not flame, harass and/or troll this person. Check the owner's list. If their username is not listed then please do send the Mule a Private Message with a link to where you saw the theft and we will deal with the person.

〖Question〗 Where can I find the Owner's List, Custom Sample's, Retired Limited's and Retired Freebie's?
〖Answer〗 For the owner's list, you can find it on the Front Page under the Special List Section. For Custom Samples, you can find a link in the Custom section underneath the slots which will take you to the mule's journal which houses the samples. As for retired Limiteds, retired Freebies and Retired Tip Animal's, you can find them on the front page under the Retirement Center section.

〖Question〗 Are we allowed to use the animals in our post style or use them in a profile layout?
〖Answer〗 You can use the animal's in your post style if you wish, the only thing we ask is if someone ask you about the animal you inform them where you got it. As for using them in a profile layout, we do not mind as long as you credit us and place a banner link to our shop in a credits box.

〖Question〗 Will there be more animation added latter on?
〖Answer〗 As of right now the staff members are thinking of more animation options, so yes there will be more animation options in the future.

〖Question〗 In the animation section, just to make sure I understand. I am able to get one type from group A and one type from group B or one type from group A and one type from group C but I am not allowed to get two from group A or two from group B or two from group C on the same animal?
〖Answer〗 Correct, As of right now those under group A are the only one's compatible with those in group B and group C.

〖Question〗 So umm how come those animal's in the shop's staff members post style's are not in the shop?
〖Answer〗 The White Tiger and Purple Penguin are the shop's Mascot's and the staff member's personal pets. Has for any other animal's we have in our post styles they are either personal or previews of new animal's that will be added at a later date, since the staff member's have a habit of leaking new animal's from time to time.

〖Question〗 I have a question that is not answered here, What do I do?
〖Answer〗 Please ask your question in the shop, if we do not answer your question in two day's please feel free to send the Mule a Private Message.

The Zoo's Guest List
All guest that have obtained one of our animal's are listed here. Also the list will not just include the guest username but it will also include how many animal's they have obtained.
» Please do inform us through a Private Message of all Username Change's or Account Change's. We do not want valued customer's to get into trouble over something so small.
» When providing a Private Message about a username change please include your ID number. This number can be found by going to your profile and looking for the number in the URL bar.
» If changing account's both account's must send a Private Message to inform us of the Change. We will not accept account change's unless it is done this way.
» On another note, all those who tip, even though tipping is optional will receive the tip animal. Tip Animal's change from time to time, retired tip animal's will then become available under the Retirement Center for a Fee.

Report :: » Hey guy's the name's Crevan but please call me Cre or Kre if you must. I'm 22 years old and am attending online college classes so my life is pretty busy most of the time. I'm going to school to get my BA degree in system security, so much fun right it will take me 3 years to get it. I also work at a few other shops here on gaia, so my gaia life is pretty busy also. I love working on pixel artwork but you wont see full blown avatar's from me any time soon, those take to much time and I don't have that much time. Anywho back to the zoo, My job here at the zoo is to make sure all pet's bought find their owners, I also work closely with the other zoo staff on going and finding new animal's. It's such a fun job to do, all the different wild life we get to see, so many places out there it's hard to pick what one's to talk about. Also some of you may be wondering, but I have also decided to open up this shop over on Menewsha however there will be some changes to animal's over there. [Side Note, I will try to get an image of myself up soon.]
