What The Fluff Ending

The What The Fluff event will be ending today around noon PST.

At the same time the event ends we will be updating changes to the neighborhoods, allowing you to wander from one place to another within the same town. The bug/trash/flower collecting code has also been updated, to make sure you keep what you collect. Happy hunting!

Original event items will no longer be available in future Cash Shop Event Bundles

Hey everyone,

I wanted to make a post to talk to you about the recent Event Bundles available in the cash shop at the end of the Summer Event.

Our intention in releasing the bundles was to not only provide a way for Gaians who missed the event to get the items, but to score some bonus items as well. Since event items have always been available in the marketplace for people to sell/buy, we didn't realize that including them in such a bundle would make people irate or feel their efforts to earn them in the event were undermined. That was not our intention at all, and are sorry if people feel this way.

Last night, I said in ATA that we would be including original event items in future Event Bundle releases, but we've read your feedback, and re-discussed the matter. Based on your comments, we have decided, going forward, NOT to include original event items in these bundles. We want people to enjoy the items they earn in events, and to feel confident and happy participating in the events. You can still buy/sell your event items in the marketplace of course, but they will no longer be included in Cash Shop Event Bundles.

As for the sale of Event Bundles in general, please be aware that we will still be having Event Bundles for sale in the Cash Shop, but these will contain only new event-themed items such as recolors of existing event items, new event-themed items that cannot be earned in the event, etc.

WTFluff Loyalty Rewards Program

The WTFluff event ended a few hours earlier than advertised, which inadvertently prevented some Gaians from redeeming their loyal fluffacorns for the event item. To compensate, all users whose pets were maxxed on loyalty (200/200) that had not previously gotten the item have been granted it; you can find it in your Inventory (look on the last page).

For everyone else, you can get yours in the marketplace. Good work, fluffers!

Favorites - New Feature Being Tested

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to give you a heads up that SCAS members are beta-testing a new feature today called Favorites! This new feature will allow you to collect and share your favorite avatars and posts from all around Gaia.

Testing this feature means a couple things:

• You may receive (or have already received) notifications of your avatar or posts being favorited by the SCAS team that is testing out the feature.
• We are temporarily disabling the ability to add arena entries to your watchlist, because from now on adding to your arena watchlist will be done through this feature.

We've just launched a new feature for Gaians who have spent at least 9999 GC in the last 12 months. If you meet the criteria but haven't received your invite yet, make sure to log out and back in so that the check can be kicked off. Note: We will be working on other incentives programs to reward Gaians for their dedication in other ways, like time as a member, number of posts made, etc. So stay tuned, you'll undoubtedly hear about them.

Zeevex Purchases Fixed

We've had some issues with Zeevex purchases not working correctly the last couple days. We've worked with Zeevex to fix these issues so you should be able to make purchases with it again. Please let us know if you still experience problems by posting in the Bug Reports & Technical Support forum.
