Reset zOMG Quests Feature

For those of you who wish to experience your quests in zOMG again, the option is now available!

Look under your quest history tab and you'll see the option to checkmark certain quests and reset them. Active quests can be reset also.

Currently there are no limit to resetting quests. If there are any concerns on being able to reset any particular quests frequently, please PM me and let me know.

zOMG quest reset problems?

Looks like there are different aspects of the quest reset feature that isn't working correctly.

We just wanted to pass it along that there will be things going in and out of La Victoire with red strike-through prices. We are trying to resolve an issue with those, so if you can't purchase them then you have learned first-hand the bug that we are trying to fix! gonk

La Victoire Purchase Issue

Item Release Schedule Changes

Since the Monthly Collectibles are no longer being sold on the 15th, until we have an MC replacement, the Monthly CI will change it's release date to the 15th instead. So look for the next Monthly CI release in a week!

And as for MC's next evolution, we will have news to share pretty soon. Stay tuned!

Issues Creating Tickets in Help Center

Hi there,

Unfortunately we are currently having a few issues with the Help Center and you can not submit tickets. We have our partner working on the issue and hopefully will soon have the issue resolved.

We will make sure to inform you when the issue has been fixed.

Help Center Fixed

Hey Gaians,

The Help Center has been fixed so you can visit it and file tickets once again. If you have filed a ticket in the past and it has not been replied to yet, you do not need to refile. Your ticket is still on file. If you tried to file since April 10, 2017 at 3:21pm PDT when we reported it was down, you will need to refile as we did not get your ticket.

Once again, if you have an existing ticket on file, you do not need to refile. If you tried to file a ticket when we reported it was down, you will have to refile.

Our apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience!

Broken Shops - Fixed
Hey guys, yesterday some updates to our shops went out that ended up causing all shops except the cash shop to fail to load their items. These changes have been reverted and the shops are now functioning properly.

The zOMG Easter Event is now live! The easter event grants a set of recipes, so be sure to open it under the "special" tab in your inventory before crafting your items.
