Third Party Ads

Hey Gaians,

We have identified the issue that was causing users who had the "disable third party ads" enabled to still see third party ads. We have fixed it so if you spend 250 Gaia Cash and enable that option, the ads should be disabled for you for 30 days. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to fix this!

Ticket Submission Issues

We're aware of an issue submitting tickets right now via the Help Center, we're currently working with our third-party provider to identify the cause of this situation and resolve it. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Ticket Submissions Fixed

Hey Gaians,

Our third-party ticket provider has informed us that they have solved the issue plaguing their systems earlier that was causing you to not be able to file tickets properly through our Help Center. If you have already submitted a ticket, you do not need to submit another, our team will be in contact with you for further information. To clarify, this notice and our notice earlier was regarding our Help Center ticket submission process and it did not involve the Project Custom ticket submission process.

Halloween Event Update

Hey Gaians,

In the next few minutes we're going to be pushing a change to the event where you will be able to switch your teams. We will then disable team switching via being killed. The first switch you initiate will be free, each subsequent switch you want to do will cost one billion gold. So it goes without saying that you should use your free switch only if you really desire to not be on your current team anymore as switching after that will cost you. Thanks for your patience!
