Slight Marketplace Update

Huh... it's been a weird couple of days but I feel like... everything's fine?

Anyway! Here's a nice little Monday update: We've made a few little improvements to the Marketplace!

1. There is now a maximum of 30 slots.
2. You can now see commas when going to list an item. (Note: In order to see the commas, enter your price into the text box and then click on the white space of the listing modal. The commas will appear in your number inside the text box.)

Happy Buying and Selling!

UPDATE: At first this update made it so that manually entered commas disappear. This should no longer be the case!

MAYhem Tier Hiccup!

Hi everyone! Everything feels totally fine for some reason, but I'm actually here to give you a quick update: The MAYhem Tier experienced some short down-time this morning. If you spent Gaia Cash after May 3rd at 10:00 AM PDT and your spending was not reflected in your Tier Reward totals, feel free to file a Billing Ticket with our Help Center to sort it out. If you experience this issue before the tier ends on May 6th at 11:59 PM PDT, please contact us at the link above. Thanks for your patience while we patch this up!

Runway Update

For the past few weeks we've received reports regarding alleged cheating inside of the Runway feature. We have investigated these claims and have properly dealt with the situation based on the information that we have. We would like to thank everyone for sending along the information and we will continue to monitor for further issues. If you would like to report anything you might believe is cheating in Runway, please file a ticket with our Help Center and we'll look into it further.

As a reminder, using a bot, script, program, or any other means of automatically voting or otherwise doing things that could be construed as cheating may result in the permanent banning of your accounts.
