Free CI Feedback

Hey all,

Gold Generator Update

Hey all,

Some of you have reported not seeing any of the gold generators in the Cash Shop. This is not a glitch. At midnight on August 6, 2014 the Golden Watermelon was hit with a new strain of the G-Virus and infected all the other gold generators. As a result, we had to remove them for an undetermined amount of time. … We’re kidding about the G-Virus. We actually have removed the gold generators for the time being though. We hope that this explains where they went and that this isn’t a glitch in the Mat--- System.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused, if you did purchase Gaia Cash with the intent of purchasing any of the gold generators that were in the Cash Shop at the time, then please file a billing ticket at our Help Center http://www.gaiaonline.com/help. Welcoming Fairy Subdued

Hey Gaians,

We have identified and subdued the rogue Welcoming Fairy and set her straight. She should not be PMing people out of the blue anymore. If you do receive a private message from her and are not new user, please report it in the Bug Report & Technical Support forum so we can investigate it further. Thank you for your patience while we fixed this, our apologies for any inconvenience!

Gold Generator Update

Hey Gaians,

Last week we removed all gold generators from the Cash Shop. We've decided to return a modified form of gold generators to the Cash Shop today. We will be releasing many different and exciting items that offer more than just a choice of gold. Lastly, we are reducing the number of generator releases.

Please keep in mind that these changes may not be permanent and we may change them in the future. We thank everyone for their understanding!

Navigation Changes Live

Hey Gaians,

We are in the process of pushing the navigation changes that we talked about yesterday. Here is a review of the changes:

• We will be removing the “Home” link. To return to the home page you can simply click the “Gaia Online” logo next to your avatar. Example
  
  
• A “Gaia Cash” link and drop-down menu will be added next to the “My Gaia” link and drop-down. This will display all the various ways to obtain Gaia Cash. Example
  
  
• We’ve organized the look of the “Shops” drop-down. On the left-hand side we will feature the Gaia shops. The right-hand side will showcase item related features like Marketplace and GoFusion. Example
  
  
• Finally, we will be adding a link to GoFusion which will sit between “Shops” and “Forums.”

We are also adding new Daily Chance carts, so you can do Daily Chance even more! If you do experience any bugs with the changes, please report them in our thread here: Navigation Change Bug Report Thread.

We would like to just reiterate that with the removal of the "Home" link you can get to the Gaia Online home page by clicking the "Gaia Online" logo next to your avatar.

Daily Treat Disabled

Hey Gaians,

Slight update to yesterday's notice. Given the on-going issue with Daily Treat, we have temporarily disabled it while we continue to investigate the situation. We will be enabling it as soon as we fix it. Remember that you can still earn Gaia Cash by taking part in our other offers, check them out here.
